Spa At Riverview

Truly enjoyed my experience here at the Spa. I received a warm welcome from Jazz. She was very attentive and assisted me in selecting a massage service that addressed exactly what I needed. She provided me with a stress relieve tea, a glass of champagne and a very warm neck wrap before my massage. She helped me set up my locker which included a robe and some sandals to wear. My Massage Therapist was Gregge Stewart who also greeted me with a warm welcome. The massage was deep, focused, and relaxing, and he knew when to adjusted the pressure as needed. After the massage Gregge provided me with another warm neck wrap. I left very pleased and grateful for the experience. I will definitely be back to experience the other services. Thank you!

My daughter and I went for a half day of pampering and it was a wonderful experience! We received facials, pedicures, hot stone massage and lunch. The staff was so friendly and attentive to every need we could possibly desire. The services were done professionally and in a clean peaceful environment. I highly recommend - totally worth the time and money!

This place was so simple and cute, you get a locker with a Robe and flip flops. The pool area was cute and quiet. The only thing i did not like was the waiting area was very small and cramped when more people started coming.

On our mother/daughter spa day, my daughter and I both had unsatisfactory facial experiences. When I was sent a satisfaction survey I gave it a poor review and was very specific about our issues. I guess I expected someone from the spa to reach out to us but, since I never heard back, I decided to call to let the spa manager know. I was told by the spa manager that they don’t really have time to read all the reviews which left me wondering why they ask for feedback in the first place. In the end she simply said ‘thanks for letting us know’. She said nothing about looking into it, offering a refund for the service, or offering another facial to make up for it. In all fairness, we both had a very good body treatment experiences and I’ve had wonderful spa experiences at Riverview previously. However, we were disappointed enough at how our complaint was handled that we won’t return. I definitely expected more from a high end spa such as Riverview.

My wife and I went for a great package with the overall experience being very amazing. Everybody was professional, friendly, lunch was delicious, environment very relaxing. First time for me, but not my wife however I do have to say I am very impressed and look forward in coming back to the spa. On an important note, Tracy was the one that assisted me over the phone with all the bookings and more having to communicate back-and-forth due to minor issues. Nothing that she couldn't handle and she did so very smooth. She was very professional, gave good vibes and and overall amazing. Just wanted to throw some props her way to thank her specifically for everything and express my gratitude. Nonetheless, everyone and everything was great at the spa at Riverview and will be back.

I've been coming here for years and it's always fantastic! Their massage therapists have always been top tier but I honestly just had the best massage of my life. If you come for a massage, request Nez, he's AMAZING. Life changing!

This place is so relaxing. They give you a robe and footwear in a locker for your personal use. While you visit. The back patio is so relaxing with the sounds of waterfalls and the 2 mineral pools. We ate lunch that they ordered for us from the deli next door and the chicken salad on greens with the sweet salad dressing was to die for. It started to rain, so we had lunch in there room looking over the pools. It was a perfect day. It wasn't our first time there and definitely won't be our last.
