I got a Groupon for a service and she refused to honor it. Usually when I get a Groupon I usually will buy more like adding my neck and ect and buy products because I know I got a deal but she refused to honor my Groupon . I would not recommend going here . If you offer a deal honor it!!!! I will not go here ever again.

Mallory is amazing. I can't say enough about her and the treatments I've received from her. I have extremely sensitive skin that flares up from everything and even from many products that are made for skin like mine, mostly organic with minimal ingredients even. I was very nervous about getting a facial again as I was previously gifted one many years ago from a different place & it was a terrible experience that left my face flared up and broken out. I was again gifted a facial this time but had such a thoughtful and positive experience. Mallory was very knowledgable about skin, how it reacts to different products, if its sensitive or sensitized, and what's best to use. My skin was glowing after the first facial. I was blown away. My skin is sooooo sensitive, I was so nervous that I'd have a bad reaction but it was the opposite. She used very gentle products that my skin reacted well to. She also encouraged me to focus on certain foods to favor more to help correct some skin issues too before even coming back. She's a true healer with skin. My second facial was even better. So thankful to have been referred here. Side note, the spa is extremely clean, sanitary, comfortable, and beautiful.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! At first I got the package for the 3 microderm along with the oxygen facial and that went well. didn't see much improvement, but overall no harm done. then i saw that they had a special for dermapen. I have had 3 microneedling procedures done at a different spa with a different type of pen called skinpen II and asked if the equipment they used was the same. I was told they are all similar. I was also told that getting a photofacial before the procedure was harmless. So the person who did my procedure was nice and explained everything well. however, right after the dermapen, I noticed a lot more red blotches from microbleeding on my face than usual (these are expected from the microneedling but not excessive). Also I have NEEDLE TRACK MARKS!! all over my face like someone took a razor and ran it accross your face or like cat scratches, except this is innumerable scratches. I also have some burnt area of the face. Like I have mentioned I have had this procedure done before many times and never had any side effects like this so this is likely a combination of getting photofacial done beforehand and also from the cheaper equipment dermapen. If you research about microneedling the medical grade spa as well as derm offices use SkinPen which is much better as it is faster rotation with less track marks. I was so embarrassed with my face that I could not go out without make up. Tried emailing the place and did not get a response, but always got a prompt response in the past before when trying to make an appt. I feel that even if they did something wrong, it is better to own up to it rather than ignoring the problem, then I would not have posted this review about their business I do not feel that you should get anything invasive done here as if there are problems/issues, it will not be addressed properly such as at a derm/plastic surgery office. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! EDIT: I can definitely verify that I was there. email from google maybe different than the one I have used. I even remember when was I was there the owner or co-owner at the time was a male and was helping out at the reception desk. This business uses this excuse to discredit bad reviews unfortunately.

I had a treatment with Seven. She’s amazing, she was fast, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The place is very clean and enjoyable. Anyone who’s looking for self care and treatments should come here. I’ll be back

Fast, fun and friendly! I had 3 moles removed in a jiff and it was pretty painless!

It's very beautiful inside. Individualized and accommodating services but also very quick and no waiting. I've only gone here once but I absolutely love it.

Did a Groupon for 3 skin tag removals my skin burned but it did not remove the skin tags very disappointed.
