ZenLux Wellness Spa

1 hour Head spa experience was very relaxing. ASMR Basic Heap Spa: $100 There was massage & scratching of my scalp with tools, then shampoo, and then the water fountain head spa feeling and massage. Also gave me upper neck shoulder arm and hand massage. No analysing of your scalp but that’s fine with me, ive been to that before and it told me what I already knew. This was perfectly relaxing, no talking, relaxing music, clean spacious area. This is sister location of Bamboo Beauty & Wellness that ive also been to. This location is in a shopping center and East Asian owned. Looking forward to returning.

I love ZenLux at Miami on the River mall. Cindy and her team are the best! I’ve tried their facial and lymphatic drainage massage. The facial helped treat some stubborn blemishes and dry spots. The lymphatic drainage massage minimized my period symptoms and helped reduce bloating. I’m definitely making lymphatic drainage part of my regular routine.

Absolutely amazing experience at ZenLux Wellness Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. The massage was incredible—perfect pressure, very therapeutic, and left me feeling rejuvenated. The facility is spotless and has a calming vibe that makes it easy to unwind. Pricing was reasonable for the level of service and quality provided. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to relax and recharge. I will definitely be coming back!

First time at this location, usually go to their original spot on Biscayne. Great service. One upside was you had to pay for parking, I spent over $600 in services and should not have to spend additional $15 in parking. The original spot does validate but traffic is terrible heading that way. Overall would recommend and return.

Definitely a very firm type of massage if you get the deep tissue massage. Eric was my therapist; we had a bit of a language barrier but he did his best and I do feel like the kinks got worked out. Just wish I could've been more gentle and more proactive communication about how I like it, where I need it and areas to avoid due to injuries.

I purchased a fully paid 3-hour service as an anniversary gift for my sister and her husband, and I made it very clear at the time of booking that everything was already paid for so their experience would be smooth. Unfortunately, the opposite happened. On the day of their appointment, they were told they needed to pay for the service I had already purchased. I had to drive all the way to the spa to fix the situation. The front desk staff had a very hard time understanding what I was explaining, and communication was extremely difficult. They even had to call the owner before finally confirming that the service was, in fact, already paid for. This was supposed to be a relaxing gift for my family, but it turned into an unnecessary and stressful ordeal. Very unprofessional and completely avoidable. Never again will I go to ZenLux, and I definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone.

If you haven’t tried the ASMR head spa here, you’re missing out! It’s deeply relaxing and left me feeling light as air. ZenLux’s attention to detail is unmatched — every room is a sensory delight. Easy to find in River Landing, and parking is a breeze!
