I have loved jumping in the sauna after a workout for an extra sweat or doing some contrast therapy on recovery days for pain management and expedited muscle recovery. Staff make you feel right at home and make sure you have everything you need to feel relaxed and welcomed. The Plunge and Sauna Method is the best wellness experience while still maintaining a beautiful, modern and luxurious feel. Space had showers and restrooms available as well if needed during your visit.

LOVE the plunge & sauna method! I come here 4-5 a week and each time is better than the last! The service is exceptional and the space is so clean! It always smells so nice in there as well, almost like a spa. I highly recommend this place ~ 10/10!

I recently visited the plunge & sauna method, and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt an immediate sense of calm. The ambiance is incredibly peaceful, with soft lighting and a soothing atmosphere. The sauna was the ideal temperature, I especially loved how clean and well maintained everything was. The cold plunge was the perfect contrast, providing an invigorating shock to my system that left me feeling totally refreshed.
