I saw Karen at Muse Health for a full Brazilian laser session, and she was great. She’s professional, careful, and really thorough. I’ve tried a few different laser places before, and Muse has been the best experience by far. I used to go to another laser place before in Brickell, but I barely saw any progress even after 8 sessions. After just 1 session here, I saw so much progress that I even had to push my appt back 2 weeks, since I barely had any hair growth. Karen makes the whole process comfortable and she makes sure she does not miss a spot. I also really like the machine they use here. Highly recommend Muse!!

Muse Health is an amazing place to get laser. I had the best experience with Karen for my laser hair removal! She was super professional, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I’ve done other laser treatments before, but this one was by far the most painless and effective!! Karen is so detail, oriented and genuinely cares about results. Highly recommend booking with her. she’s amazing!

This is the most amazing laser hair removal center I've gone to. The office is beautiful and clean. The laser hair removal machine is wonderful. Karen is sweet and knowledgeable. The laser hair removal for my upper lip and chin didn’t hurt because the laser blew cold air and reduced the sting. While the laser removes the unwanted hair it blows cold air to minimize the heat and burning sensation. My daughter and I are being treated and after the third session, the unwanted hairs are all gone. We only go back for a few more sessions to avoid any more hair growth in the unwanted areas. My daughter is on the spectrum and is very sensitive. However, the device, they use to do the procedures don't bother her at all. I love going to this center!!!

I have been coming here for laser hair removal and the results are beyond , Karen makes you feel so comfortable. The laser blows out cool air so the process is not uncomfortable.The ambiance is very relaxing and Mario is very kind and helpful with setting the appointments. The space is clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend coming here.

Terrible service, avoid this place at all costs! Find somewhere else for your laser or beauty treatments. After purchasing a groupon laser package, every appointment they are constantly bothering you to come early or switch your appointment to a different day, something that works better for their schedule. When I have an appointment, I have a busy week, and other commitments, I expect them to honor their appointment times. Instead, they bother you so much, text messages constantly, to switch the time. So finally today I agreed to come early at their request at 1pm and I switched around my entire work schedule to help them, to do something nice. I arrived on time and was told "other people were before me" when just that morning they had pressured me to come earlier! I said why do you bother me so much to switch the appointment time, when you cannot even honor it and have many clients before. I was extremely frustrated, waiting until 1:20pm, still in the waiting area and not even an open treatment room yet. Instead of being met with kindness or any apology, the staff replied to me extremely rude tone, very mean to me, telling me there's nothing they can do about it and even though they requested I come earlier, I just had to wait. I was now missing time from work, I needed to get back for a meeting. I decided to leave on the spot, without the treatment, I did not feel comfortable in a place that would be so rude and disrespectful to their clients. On top of all of that, they barely speak English, so if you don't speak Spanish it will be very frustrating to try understand any of the laser treatment instructions. I will never go back here, save your money, get your treatments somewhere else. That treats their clients with courtesy and respect.

Muse is a lovely med spa with professional talent! Irma has been my (monthly) microdermabrasion and deep clean facial angel for three years - she keeps my skin in radiant condition! The owner is super helpful and polite - the entire staff truly takes care of their clients. (Photo has no filter)

Zero results!! It’s not three hours of treatment! They do 40 minutes each section. They said they take 20 minutes of explaining the procedure. They could simply set you up while explaining it the first section. The husband was argumentative, telling me I need to eat right and exercise if I didn’t want belly fat. My life style is not the issue, I’m 40 pre-menopausal! . Wife was also rude. They had there child there, it’s a spa not a daycare. On my last day I got a text two hours before my appointment saying they are running an hour late. I told them that doesn’t work for me so then she said 30 mins late. She ended up getting there before my appointment and didn’t even think to let me know she was arriving in time. Theres better out here!!
