Icon Brickell Spa

Yulia is wonderful. The facial she gave me wasn’t just a cookie-cutter scrub & mask. She asked better questions to understand the best treatment for me and my skin days later looks better than any facial I’ve had. Thank you, Yulia! The facilities like the pools, sauna & steam room are stunning and very relaxing.

In line with other reviews, cannot warn enough against going to this place..yes it is nicely designed but Isadora (the supervisor) probably manages to display the worst attitude of a customer facing employee I've seen in a long time. Rude, arrogant, condescending, escalating are the things I think of with regards to my encounter with her.

My husband and I do Miami Spa Month every year for my birthday. This year we decided to go with The Icon Brickell. It was our first time here and lets just say it was one of the best experiences we've had yet. Starting with the team Orlian, Maya, Angelique, Yennifer and Julian--they made my day special. The decor was awesome and the best part was that it wasn't as packed it was very intimate. We are gym owners, so we decided to workout in the am before our massages. The gym is equipped with top of the line machines. Our couples massage was very relaxing. We then enjoyed our time using the jacuzzi with the amazing view. We also wanted a ginger ale and even though they don't usually do this the staff went all the way to another floor to get us the ginger ale! All in all, our day was amazing and they even gave me a complimentary birthday gift with a handwritten note which I love! We definently recommend this place!

They claim to have a hot tub but realistically it’s a 3 inch deep freezing cold kiddy pool with some fire places in the same room. I don’t know who designed it but it’s the worst I’ve seen. This is not a real spa or a place to relax and unwind.

I love this spa. I live in the Icon and come to this spa every days. Not only is it the best spa, but the staff are amazing. Probably the best service in Miami. My favorite is the steam room 🧖‍♂️.

I visit Miami recently and I enjoy me a good spa but this just ain’t it. They have so many rules because they have residents there so you can’t do anything. For such a beautiful spa you can’t even take pictures. The airbnb host don’t communicate ANYTHING! I was also very concerned with a staff working there. She was pregnant and cleaning the gym but they had gentlemen staff that can do that. I also say her faint or I don’t know what happen that day and she still shows up… why aren’t they figuring out something for her??? That’s a lawsuit in my opinion… Everyone looks unhappy there. You could tell that there’s something going on… They had a real bad accident recently and they didn’t let anyone know what was going on at least for our safety. This place is very questionable. All departments suck! They have third parties or whatever running the departments. No one is staffed per the Icon themselves. They hire third party companies to run the pool, spa, housekeeping, management, security, etc. Nothing in the building makes sense. You will also get lost because certain entry areas are closed and they make you go in a circle and through a garage and blah blah blah. I won’t ever be staying here again and I will definitely be reaching out to someone to get the word out about this location overall. WORST PLACE IN BRICKELL!

Purchased two G Icon Signature Massages. Unfortunately I don’t remember the massage therapist name but she was excellent, professional, and had great technique. Fransisco one of the spa representatives is patient and made the booking process a breeze. Elegant design, regular classes, and gym. The no phone policy is nice in one way and not in another. It has your basic spa amenities such as steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and cold plunge. Not impressed but not disappointed.
