The Spa and Sauna Co. - Las Vegas

Just got a Finnleo S-820 Infrared sauna. Couldn't be more happy about the entire process and sauna itself. I worked with Ransom to pick the best sauna for my needs. The shipping department was incredibly helpful and the delivery went perfectly. I received my sauna just days after payment. Thanks for all the help!! If I ever decide to upgrade or buy a hot tub, this is where I'll be going. 10 out of 10 for me!! - Richie Banks

Couldn’t be Happier! Purchased a Finnleo Sauna and it is wonderful! Lights, blue tooth connectivity with good speakers and most of all Performance; The sauna helps you get your sweat on for sure. Big thanks to Nick and the super helpful and knowledgeable team at the Spa and Sauna Co.!!

To be honest I was a little hesitant to call the (former Spas by Renee) for a service issue. I was not impressed with the previous owner. New ownership makes a huge difference! Thanks to Nick's assistance I was able to solve an issue with my spa without a service call. Someone willing to help like he did is a rare find in Vegas. I'll never hesitate to call the new Spa and Sauna Co. if and when my spa needs any service. Not everything can be solved over the phone, but it's really nice to find someone willing to give it a try! Thanks again Nick!

I had an excellent experience with The Spa and Sauna Co. in Las Vegas! Nick, Michelle, and Sulis went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my hot tub. Nick was my lead contact—he called me before the repair to clearly explain how the issue would be resolved, and then followed up afterward to make sure everything went well. Michelle and Sulis worked hard behind the scenes, and without their knowledge and effort the fix would not have been possible. Their customer service was outstanding—professional, friendly, and efficient. The decision-making process was quick, the solution was handled perfectly, and the outcome was amazing. Thanks to this team, I can now enjoy the cooler weather in my tub, and I couldn’t be happier with their service!

The Spa & Sauna company have an incredible selection of top quality Spa lines to choose from. There are many spas that are out there being sold, but their showroom has the top four Spa lines in America today as rated by #MIN independent websites. Nick, in particular, was outstanding in setting up delivery, communicating, and finishing the process as well as being there whenever I have any questions related to the new maintenance and functions of the new Spa. Keep up the great work for the Las Vegas area. Nick, you are priceless.

Purchased my first Finnleo 2 person sauna. They housed it in their warehouse until I was ready to install. Then provided timely support as I had some questions during the building process. Took my wife and I about 3 hours to buid. Simple construction and pretty easy build for 2 people. Works great and thrilled to have a private sauna in my garage.

I had a small leak, which was covered by my 5 year warranty, which occurred at 4 years and 7 months. The technician who responded were EXCEPTIONAL, thoughtful, helpful and professional. I couldn't have been happier with them. Great experience !
