Wellness Sauna and Cryotherapy

Editing my review as it seems the owner and the gal who sold me the package of Sauna visits were not in alignment. When I visited the second time, the story changed from unlimited guest in the sauna room to now charging for visits per guest. Somehow the employee working was much more friendly than the owner the second time I visited. I came for the first time and frankly wasn't prepared for the hospitality that I received during my session. The folks before me set the sauna much lower than I prefer, however the gal working let me stay an extra few minutes so I could take advantage of the sauna at the temperature I wanted. They also provide coffee/water/unlimited towels. When leaving they also provided a face mask. Nice Touch.

We came to Vegas for an over 35 soccer tournament with 15 guys and we’re looking for a place to do a cold plunge and sauna session after the first days games And ahead of another day. Found this place online and booked with a great woman who was incredibly helpful from the start. When we arrived, the staff was so helpful and accommodated 15 of us doing cold plunge and sauna at the same time. About 15 minutes from our hotel, it was easy to get to and is a fantastic facility. Clean, welcoming and with amazing cold plunge and sauna facilities. Session was an absolute lifesaver and they even offered to have us back the next day on a day they weren’t open if we needed them.. Prices were incredibly reasonable compared to spas in the hotels and as we come back for this tournament every year, we will be back again and again

We booked a sauna cool plunge combo room for myself and my husband. When you walk in the atmosphere is dim and soothing. Our room had the sauna at full heat, and there were plenty of towels available. Everything was spotlessly clean. After our sauna, we dipped in the cold bath and that is exhilarerating! We booked an hour and it flew by. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed. It was a wonderful spa experience.

The treatment that I've received have been incredible. The light therapies are wonderful. I feel something happening. I am going to be consistent and watch for changes in my body. I'm njoying the relaxation of the entire process. Loving it.

Maria is the best. I utilize my membership once a week. It is nice it is clean and I love the music that plays during my sessions. You should give it a try if you like relaxing and enjoying red light therapy and cold plunges on a regular basis check out their membership because it is worth it.
