Came in today for a girls spa/massage day and while the inside is cute and the concept is great, the experience overall was unfortunately disappointing. We arrived 15 minutes early for our scheduled appointment, but the massage therapists were not ready and the masseuses we specifically reserved were suddenly unavailable. Because of this, part of our group had to wait an entire hour, meaning a 10:00 AM appointment didn’t start until 11:00 AM — even though we arrived early and confirmed everything in advance. This was especially frustrating because several moms in our group had sitters lined up at home, so the delay really threw off everyone’s schedule. No compensation or alternative solution was offered for the lost time. My personal massage with Owen was not great. He was coughing throughout the session, listening to a podcast (which I could clearly hear), and his breathing was loud enough to be distracting. I also specifically requested not to be placed with him, but was assigned to him anyway. Overall, our group rated the massages about a 4/10. After the massages, tipping was expected (which we were happy to do), but multiple therapists repeatedly asked for more money after already being tipped — one even telling my friend "No, give me $20," and another came back after being paid to ask for an additional $5. That felt extremely tacky and unprofessional. Customer service was about a 3/10 — not rude, but definitely misleading and disorganized. We had multiple conversations beforehand to confirm timing and requested therapists, and none of that was honored. If you book here, I highly recommend: • Arriving early • Calling the day of to confirm your therapist is actually there • And being prepared that your appointment time may not be your actual start time We used a Groupon so the discount helped, but I’m not sure we’d return unless the scheduling and professionalism improves.

A spa is supposed to be relaxing! I started with a head spa… (which was better than the full body massage) during the head massage for the most part only the very top of my head was messaged. There was a lady next to me getting her nails done (acrylics) my hair only got some type of oil lathering treatment not a shampoo or conditioner. It was less than 45 mins when I was told 60 mins. Then when she finished my hair was so matted up she didn’t know what to do so she proceeded to blow dry my hair a little bit. But realized I had a massage to be rushed to. I took a few minutes and brush my hair. My hair was not shiny or smooth or conditioned. My hair was rough and staticky when it fully dried. When I got to the massage room it seemed nice till the massage therapist started. He rushed through rubbing my back with his arms and so out of control that the palm of his hand kept hitting the bottom of my head. He would pour in his hand and slap the massage oil on me. He was out of breath and breathing heavily because of how fast he was moving. His nails scratched me several times. My hair was pulled when he tried to rub my neck going up thru my hair. It was very rushed. Not one arm or leg to the other was the same massage. As I was leaving both massage therapist were waiting ( tip ) and no I did not tip well. They were lucky to get a tip plus feed back, nicely stated. ( I consider my self to be a great tipper ) but I will not tell you how to do your job. If you don’t like what you do for a living you should change careers. A massage is supposed to soothing, relaxing and calm. While at the same time strategic and controlled. I left with a headache and a very tense back. I do not recommend this place. I have had pedicures with a massage chair do better and have me more relaxed than the type of service I received here.

It was definitely an interesting experiencing to say the least. It started with the front desk yelling at us about the pricing. We had called the night before and the lady on the phone told us that if we have two people out of our group of 4 sign up for membership they would give us member price for all 4 people. The lady at the front desk was yelling at us that we were wrong and the person we spoke to was also wrong. We were willing to pay the regular price but at the end they agreed to give us the member price for each person anyways. We get to the ‘rooms’ which are thin curtains separating each other. Overall the massage was not good. The lady spent 60min caressing, smacking and digging her elbows into random spots over my body. Mind you during the whole massage she was heavily breathing and burping in my ear. She spent about 30 min total out of the room, each time I opened my eyes I found the curtain wide open while I’m laying naked on the bed with the smallest towel covering me. At the end of it all I didn’t even want to tip her but left her a couple bucks anyways so she proceeded to follow us out to our car and held the door open telling me I needed to pay her more. When I told her she couldn’t tell me how much I needed to tip she said it’s a minimum $20 for tip. I could’ve excused all their complaints about the money if the massage was even worth the time I wasted here. I feel like I got unlucky with which masseuse I got but it was enough to make me never want to come back.

Mike is an amazing owner. He honestly made a one pop shop when it comes to health and wellness. The place smelled so clean when I walked in I feel like I needed to take my shoes off. Nothing but amazing hospitality and energy inside this location. As a fellow therapist myself these prices for the amount of work you can get is just undeniable. They absolutely have my business as a therapist here. You will not find a better package for couples and any spa in Las Vegas!

I came here for my husband’s birthday thinking it would be a relaxing couples experience. We booked a facial, head spa, and 90-minute massage for each of us. Huge mistake. The facial was the only decent part of the entire experience. The head spa was terrible. They didn’t use conditioner or any proper products — just rubbed soap into my hair and didn’t even brush it through. When they were done, my hair was so tangled and matted that I could barely brush it myself afterward. Completely unacceptable for a place that claims to offer head spa services. The massage was even worse. The male therapist was extremely rough, and I asked him multiple times to use less pressure. He ignored me, kept yawning, and even walked away during the session to answer his phone. Days later, I am still sore. He was clearly not experienced. To make matters worse, we paid for a 90-minute massage and they stopped around 60 minutes, yet still charged us full price. The environment was loud and not relaxing at all. On top of that, the staff repeatedly followed us around telling us there is a $20 minimum tip requirement. One therapist even held her hand out when I tried to tip $15, asking for more. Tipping should never be forced, especially after such poor service. This was expensive and completely disappointing. I will never return for the head spa or massage. Maybe the facial only — but everything else was a waste of money and ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday experience.

Michelle is the best therapist ever, I went first time with her maybe 2 years ago, and then I went few other time, but she was not there, so someone else did the massage with was OK. Today, Michelle was there and I could not believed that she remembered that my left shoulder was the one with problems, unbelievable. The massage Combo of 90 min was super great, deep tissues and when I got home I slept like a baby that good was the massage. I recommend this place to anyone and I will go back more often now I now Michelle will be there. Thank you very much, you guys are great!

If you're looking to have a relaxing and professional SPA day experience, you will NOT find it here. Last month I wanted to take my mom for a SPA day as a Christmas gift and found Star while searching. I went and booked online their $98 110 minutes jacuzzi+massage per person. I thought the price was amazing compared to many places in Vegas. The day we go in we checked in at reception, and she brings us to the jacuzzi room. She then tells me I NEED to leave my tip at the sink for the jacuzzi and then tip again after my massage. I ignored it and went on with the jacuzzi. After we were done, she came back for us and started questioning me why I didn't leave my tip at the sink. I was already annoyed and upset because the last thing anyone needs while trying to relax is someone constantly asking for money. I then told her I brought 22% tip (which in my opinion is a good tip) and that they could divide it however they wanted but that I was extremely upset by her insisting on tip when I still haven't even received my massage service. The massage itself was very relaxing, and I was willing to overlook the money begging until this morning. I called to confirm they were still taking reservations for valentine's day and said I am going to book it online. She then said the price is actually $133 for the same service and that the online price is for members. Well, that's a lie as I am not a member and just booked it a month ago. They will charge you whatever they see fit and will beg for tip before you even receive your service. Last I checked tip is optional and based on how good the service actually is and not an obligation. Save your time and money and go somewhere else where you won't be scammed and begged for tip.
