Sweat It Infrared Sauna Studio

First time visitor. Found them on Google Maps. I booked a 7pm appointment 20 minutes before and was welcomed by Tarra. She explained the procedure in great detail. As a tourist, I felt so welcomed by her. The sauna was a great 140 degrees. I was sweating from EVERYWHERE!!! The apple music app on the TV made the experience that much more relaxing. Bring water because the infrared sauna session will make you thirsty. The clean restroom in the back was great to use before the session.

Great membership options that fit my budget and the value becomes obvious once you experience how much better you feel with consistent infrared sauna sessions built into your regular routine

The sweat is different here than regular sauna, like it's coming from deeper inside somehow, sounds weird but you notice it and the post-session clarity confirms something real happened

The private suite experience feels so luxurious and personal that I actually look forward to my sessions all week, it's become this sacred self-care time that I protect in my schedule

The detox sweating sessions clear my head in ways that meditation never quite achieved for me and now this has become my primary tool for managing stress and maintaining mental clarity

Red light therapy benefits for my skin texture and overall complexion were honestly a surprise bonus that I didn't expect when I first signed up purely for the muscle recovery benefits

The boost in energy and mood after each session is honestly what keeps me coming back because I leave here feeling like a completely different person than when I walked through the door
