Sweat it Infrared Sauna Studio

I have been to several infrared sauna studios and this one has been my favorite. It is the cleanest and most organized sauna studio I have been to. The staff is very kind, Riley at the front desk was amazing she was very nice, helpful, and explained everything well. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome! I was a walk in and Nike the receptionist worked me in for a cold plunge and a sauna! Even though they were fully booked, she still made it happen! TVs in all the sauna rooms, showers, and the place is spotless clean. Looking forward to going again.

This is my new favorite place! The sauna suites are clean & inviting. It feels like a luxury spa experience. I love that Sweat It is locally owned & opearated and not a franchise. The owner, Turk, is very knowledgeable about both infrared saunas and cold plunge therapy. You can tell he put his heart & soul into his business. Turk and the women who work the front desk are helpful and friendly. I always feel welcome there. I like that some of the suites have their own showers and that towel service is included. You even get a frozen hand towel that is scented with anise (I think). to complete your sauna experience. I feel calm & relaxed after using the sauna, my skin looks great, & I think it is improving my sleep. I recently tried the cold plunge and will definitely do it again. I felt calm, noticed an improved mood, and had increased energy for the entire day after using it.

good sauna, good cold plunge! clean and nice on inside. Reason for 4 stars is one time they just cleaned the room i was in before I went in it and they used cleaning supplies with a smell I don't want to sit in a sauna and breath harmful chemicals for 45 minutes I want to detox

The Cold plunge is solid, its for sure beneficial. Staff is friendly. I had a few issues with the website mindbody signup for a bit, but that has since been resolved.

Customer service was fabulous. Very accommodating and the space is beautiful and clean. Thanks again for your services 💕

A hidden gem in Las Vegas! I love how the staff make you feel like you are in a 5-star posh resort any time you are here. Amazing saunas! Super clean! A resort-like experience. Highly recommended! Great location! Great staff! Great value!
