Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully relaxing. The Lapis Spa and Wellness Center is spotless, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel comfortable right away. My massage was truly exceptional — one of the best I’ve ever had. My therapist, AMAZING Grace, was highly skilled, attentive, and made sure the pressure and techniques were perfectly suited to my needs. I loved her positive energy, her pride in her profession, and the fact that she loves her job so much and gives so much of her heart to her massage clients. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. I shared this wonderful experience with a friend, and she was so impressed that she immediately scheduled a massage for herself with AMAZING Grace this Friday — which says it all! The spa staff was consistently professional, friendly, and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a top-quality massage and a tranquil spa experience, I highly recommend Amazing Grace and Lapis Spa and Wellness Center. I will definitely be returning!
Yesterday, I received the Reboot Signature Massage with Daniel, and it was absolutely amazing. I also spent an additional three hours enjoying the spa amenities, and everything was excellent. The staff was very attentive, and both the women’s lounge and co-ed spaces were beautifully designed and relaxing. My favorite part of the experiences were the star gazing room and the guided sauna show in the "Event Sauna" followed by the cold plunge. The team hosts an event every hour and walks you through how to properly do the cold plunge, which made it both comfortable and invigorating. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a truly restorative and elevated spa experience!
I had a massage with Gabriela today, and it was truly one of the most caring and intuitive experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment she began, it was clear that she wasn’t just going through the motions, she was fully present. The way she worked felt intentional, attentive, and deeply compassionate, as if she genuinely understood what my body needed in that moment. Gabi has a rare ability to make you feel cared for as a person, not just as an appointment on the schedule. Her touch was thoughtful and respectful, and the entire experience left me feeling both physically relieved and emotionally grounded. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who truly listens, with her hands and her heart, Gabriela is someone I would recommend without hesitation.
Fantastic, large variety of spa rooms, experiences, and even good snacks. Everything was very clean and well presented. We purchased the Lo Tide passes and loved everything about it - except the price. We go to Vegas without a budget, so this is not just one more review complaining that the price is just too high...it is what it is when you go to Vegas, you can accept it or not. But that doesn't mean we would *choose* this again on a time versus value scale. Budget or not, it doesn't feel good to feel like you are being overcharged for what you are receiving. We spent over $400.00 for two people for about 4 hours in a glorified adult water park. It just feels like you're being taken advantage of at a price that high to largely sit in a (albeit, quite nice) hot tub for 4 hours. I also made a reservation and they raised the price after booking. The fine print said they could do that, so it was expected that they would do that - it's Vegas after all - but that type of practice still makes the customer feel like they are squeezed for pennies rather than purchasing an (already luxury priced) experience.
First and last time visiting this spa. I was a guest of Fontainebleau Las Vegas and came as a referral. After breaking a nail, I was told by the front desk that I could stop by the spa to receive a small amount of nail glue. Upon arrival, I explained the situation again. The front desk receptionist quoted me $18 simply for glue and stated that the nail technician said he could not provide it. The interaction felt unnecessarily transactional and unaccommodating, especially as a hotel guest. Fortunately, another receptionist stepped in, walked to the back, and handed me glue immediately. I fixed my nail within seconds. Because of the initial experience and lack of hospitality shown by Adrian, I cancelled my spa pass for the following day. As a guest of a luxury property, I expected a higher level of service and discretion. Disappointing experience overall.
My boyfriend booked this spa and massage for my birthday and it was one of the best spas I’ve been to so far. We mostly stayed in the co-ed space which was not too big but it had sauna, infrared room, salt room, herbal room, cold plunge, ice shower and the hot tub. We got to watch a show with aromatherapy in the sauna by Henry and he was awesome! Definitely something I’ve never experienced elsewhere. The massage was very relaxing and my therapist knew exactly where my knots were and accommodated all my needs. The only downside was that it was a little crowded and it took about 20-30 minutes for check-in process but I would definitely come back, possibly on a week day to avoid the crowds.
Visited on a Tuesday for my Birthday and was delighted by the amenities, expansive women’s and co-ed areas, as well as my treatment. I was given a beautiful red rose while in the lobby area and was wished a happy birthday by every staff member I encountered, which made me feel very special during my spa day. I booked a 60-min Odyssey massage and was paired with LMT Irma who exceeded every expectation. She is a rare, intuitive massage therapist who takes her time when noticing especially tight muscles. The contouring massage table ensures maximum comfort during the session, a luxury I did not know I was missing out on all my life. The "Art of Aufguss" event sauna was an especially memorable experience, I was delighted by the showmanship of the sauna meister and the different aromatherapy experiences provided along with the immersive audio-visual elements. Truly a delight to the senses. I appreciated the no-phones policy and the staffs dedication to ensuring the spa areas are phone-free.
