I had the best therapeutic massage ever with Kat! she’s very knowledgeable on the anatomy of the body and knowing which muscles to push and which ones to rub. I felt so much better! I will reschedule with her again. I recommend her if you have stiffness and possible injuries you need to have worked out

A wonderful experience from the moment I called to walking out the door. The receptionist working on Saturday was calm, kind and competent. She walked me right through my million questions without ever getting a sense of frustration from her. She set me up for an appointment and seemed to truly enjoy doing so. This left me excited to interact with this business. She was a great first impression. Her no pressure pitches were wonderful and left me wanting to add on treatments I hadn’t intended when I initially called. Then we arrived Sunday morning for an infrared sauna and couples massage. The receptionist on this day was equally wonderful. She too seemed to enjoy working there and greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and positivity. Once setup in the sauna we were pleased with the hygiene and well maintained status of the unit and the room. Everything felt clean, well kept, and high end. After the sauna we were able to shower in a really clean bathroom. Only complaint perhaps about the whole experience is that the towels were a little rough. Otherwise everything was great. My partner and I got a couples massage. I had Kyrie. As someone who gets massage frequently, I must say Kyrie was absolutely amazing. A true professional. She was perfectly powerful, thorough, and skilled. The amount of relaxation and relief she provided in sixty minutes who take a lesser masseuse twice the time. She’s worth every penny and I will certainly be scheduling with her again. Upon leaving the receptionist was once again great, a there was no pressure from her for additional commitment. Yet everything was laid out for us clearly. This is how a good business is run, the only pressure is in knowing you got a good service and you want to spend your money here. We will certainly let be returning!

Honestly, I can't go back to any other massage place. The technicians here are so knowledgeable and skilled, the price is definitely worth it. I always leave here feeling refreshed and reborn. They've worked on me before and after I started my workout journey, and they've helped me with both. One day I need to try their other services.

From the moment of scheduling a time slot for the Infrared Sauna & Shower I knew it was going to be a great experience. The entire place was clean, orderly and smelled wonderful. I was warmly welcomed the moment I stepped through the door. The young lady that showed me the room, to taking me through the process, coming to my rescue for help with the chemotherapy and cleaning the shower before my use. It was AMAZING. I walked out floating on a cloud. I especially liked that the room only accommodates one or two people. Loved the fact no chatter during the session like you experience in a gym setting. Definitely worth purchasing a package deal. I will definitely return for more sessions.

My massage with Kyrie was wonderful! If you are looking for a relaxing and therapeutic massage, I highly recommend her. During the massage, she talks only to assess if the pressure is appropriate and to give direction.

I have been a client of IMR massage for over fifteen years. I knew the original owner Elliot and watched him grow his business to the successful place it has become. It now has a new owner and I guess with all good things this too must come to an end. I value both customer service and the product or service I am paying for to be of great quality. I had a session scheduled today for two hours and had a medical emergency with my daughter and had to cancel. I was advised there is no grace even in cases of emergency, which I offered to prove with documentation for the cancelation. I am a trauma therapist here in the community and understand the importance of a professionals time, but I even work with people in cases of emergency. I welcome the fee and will not be returning. The massage and products at IMR are awesome, but the customer service is lacking and I require both.
