I went for a Sunday afternoon to enjoy the sauna. Did the hot tub, dry sauna, steam room (was too hot for me), cold plunge and salt room. This place seems to have the best price if you just want sauna without scrub or massage. It has everything you need, but coming from Germany I am used to have relaxing chairs for in between sauna, not sure if that’s just a European thing. There was group of women getting treatments but I had all the saunas and tubs for myself.

I have been to several spas stateside and nothing has compared to the experience. I felt as though I was cared for the entire time. It was the most healing massage I have ever received. I did the spa package with body scrub and massage. The affordability is unbelievable. I can't wait to come again.

My wife and I just went here and we both LOVED IT! The salt sauna felt great and we were treated with respect. The jacuzzi was hot and the steam room worked great! The cold plunge felt like i was diving off the titanic! 😂 It was very cold, but we loved it. The scrub was extremely thorough and felt great. Some people have said its "too rough", but if you've ever got a deep exfoliating scrub this is to be expected. The amount of dead skin they got off spoke for itself!! I couldn't believe it! The massage was great and it left me feeling like a new man. Overall, don't judge a book by its cover. For this price, its a steal. The staff were extremely friendly and comfortable. Mrs Young treated us very well and she worked very hard to give us the best experience possible.

The oldest Korean auntie there was rude and spoke Korean aggressively the entire time of the body scrub. She yelled orders at her coworkers and made the massage feel like a burden. Bad energy. The experience would have been great if it didnt seem like she was mad to be there. Afterwards at payment, when realizing she was not getting 20% tip for it, she began to demand for more money. Do not recommend, especially for the price.

Horrible place! Very inappropriate staff. Saunas not available as advertised. I called in advance to ask if they were available for my husband and the woman on the phone said yes. When he arrived the saunas were not available nor were they working. They only have a steam room, hot tub, and cold plunge. The temperatures are off. My husband was in the shower and the woman from the front came in and asked him to leave so they could close early even though he’d only been there for an hour. She stared at him nude inappropriately. The water in the hot tub is very yellow and looks dirty. You can tell the water has not been changed or cleaned. The salt room for the men’s side was burned down by an angry customer and I can see how someone could be so upset with them. I don’t condone arson however I can relate to the frustration the guy must have felt when he did it. The floors are also extremely dirty and the entire place smells like thick chlorine. They also have a ton of roaches, there were a bunch of live roaches behind the dresser in the locker room and several floating in the hottub. Do not go here. Save your money.

Terrible Experience – I Strongly Recommend Staying Away I initially visited this place for the $30 sauna, which includes access to a jacuzzi and a salt stone sauna. That part was decent and is the only reason I’m giving even a single star. However, based on the receptionist’s recommendation, we decided to try the full service for $140, which was supposed to include a 50-minute scrub and a 60-minute massage. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. The scrub felt rough and uncomfortable, and the staff were not friendly or professional during the treatment. The massage, which was supposed to last an hour, was abruptly cut short at 40 minutes. The worst part came after the service—when we went to return the keys, the receptionist began yelling at us repeatedly about tips. Even after we left a tip, it was apparently not "enough" for them, and they continued to raise their voices and behave in an extremely rude and aggressive manner. Overall, this experience left a very bad impression, and I regret spending my time and money here. For $140, there are countless other places where you will receive professional, respectful, and friendly service. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake—stay far away from this place.

Came with a friend to get a Korean scrub, the staff were rude, barking orders, and rushing us through the process. After the service, we didnt think a 20% tip was warranted, as the service was poor, the staff, and perhaps the owner demanded more money. Do not recommend.
