Aloha Sauna & Spa

I have been to Aloha Spa a few times now and I always get wonderful service. This time I took a friend, we did body scrub and massage. They have a salt room, clay, and steam sauna. Hot Jacuzzi and cold plunge. All the ladies are wonderful. Sue is my favorite! Thanks again for a great spa day!

A true gem. This spa is outstanding!! If you are looking for a fancy, high-end spa where it is more about ambiance than treatments, this may not be for you. The facilities are very clean, well maintained, and well appointed, but the experience leans more utilitarian than "spa resort." That said, if you are looking for a truly outstanding therapeutic healing experience where the focus is on your body’s needs, this is absolutely the place to be. If you have never experienced a Korean spa, I recommend doing a little research before you commit. The etiquette and process are very different from a typical Western spa. The staff will walk you through everything and explain what to do, and they are wonderful. Yes, you are nude with other women in the women’s spa area. It is respectful, everyone is focused on their own experience, and once you are there it really is not a big deal. I am curvy and still felt comfortable. I went with a close childhood friend and we definitely giggled through the first awkward moments, but it passes quickly. The women staff and therapists are excellent. I highly recommend the treatments. The value is unparalleled. Go into it with patience and an open mind, and expect a few minor stumbles with language and communication. With kindness and a little grace, it is easy and well worth it. I loved the experience so much that I came back to the island specifically to visit again. I plan to make this a stop on every Hawaii trip, even if I am not staying on Oahu.

What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. I came on a Sunday with a girlfriend and had the most relaxing experience in the spa. It was not crowded at all and the facilities were very clean. I also did a lymphatic facial with Ava and she was amazing. I feel like my face is already less puffy and my sinuses are so clear. I can’t wait to come back and try a body scrub.

This was by far a great experience ! Mainly the techs are very professional and know their craft Eugene ( a lady) gave me a great lymphatic massage and mi st gave one of the best facials I’ve ever had ! I’d run here when in Honolulu Trust me from outside you’d never k pe how great this is Great value w added add ons!

what a hidden gem!!!! this place was amazing me and my best friend came just for a cold plunge and ended up getting to experience a cold plunge sauna salt room steam room hot tub body scrub body massage face and body wash and a shampoo all for an insane price with the most amazing professionalism!! the owner was so sweet too we will be back and bringing all our girlfriends! oh and also you get a locker for your stuff and you can bring your own drink and food but they also have drinks

I’ve been to majority of spas on island, and just returned from Korea this past year having one to an authentic Korean spa there. I highly recommend this place. The owner is friendly. Facility clean and comfortable. Incredible scrub and massage. Will be returning with friends!
