I am visiting from out of town and I'm always concerned about the professionalism of any massage studio. It was with great relief that when I walked into MeTime wellness that I discovered that it was a very well run, and straightforward massage establishment My masseuse/therapist was Michelle, and it was her first week at the studio. Unfortunately for Michelle, I signed up for a 2-hour massage, the longest I have ever had anywhere (I usually do 90 minute massages) Michelle was amazing! Her ability to know when a client is relaxing versus wants to talk is perfectly on point. The conversation we had when we had conversations were really insightful. Overall, after a very hard day, she was able to loosen the knots and help me be pain-free. Such a great massage, my only regret is that I do not live here so I cannot come more regularly! Great hire by the MeTime management!!

Had an amazing experience here! They have wonderful options & sessions! The cocoon aqua infrared was amazing! I chose the weight loss potion! Sweated out impurities & relaxed me to the tee! Considering a membership here! If you are trying to better your Mind Health & Body, this is the place! Second Time here & once again, the staff is so sweet & friendly & helpful! Makes me feel like I'm definitely in the right place! Worth the 30 minute commute!

Lindsey was AMAZING. This was my first time getting a table massage and she made it very comfortable and relaxing, was very knowledgeable about treatment options for past injuries. 10/10 will be coming back

I also love that they have included an after hours VIP membership that accommodates my busy schedule. On top of that, they now offer IV wellness treatments and nutritional guidance, making this a true one-stop destination for overall wellness. The tanning beds are next-level—brand-new, advanced level 5 equipment that really sets them apart from other places I’ve tried. Add to that a professional massage therapist on staff, and it feels like every visit is a mini retreat. What I love most is how tidy, spotless, and welcoming the salon always is. The staff are not only friendly and professional but also incredibly accommodating with appointments, making it easy to fit into my busy schedule. Every visit feels like I’m investing in myself, and I always leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and cared for. I highly recommend Lindsey for a massage. She has great pressure and knows all the right spots to work on, even when you didn’t know yourself. This is the third massage I’ve gotten from her and always walk away feeling so much relief.

First time trying red light therapy and it was such a cool experience. The facility is clean and quaint with a peaceful ambiance! Sami at the front desk was helpful and informative. Will definitely be back to experience more!

Really like the service this is the first time I use a tanning bed and they made the experience supper easy and answered all my questions. Definitely will keep coming
