Massage Envy

My 1st visit to Massage Envy was amazing! I was greeted with enthusiasm and care. The staff member walked me through my paperwork, then showed me the facility. Time for my appointment with Sydney, the Massage therapist. Sydney was so kind and very attentive to where I needed help during the Massage. It was not uncomfortable at any point, and felt very safe and in good hands. Sydney was professional, knowledgeable and very talented in her expertise. I was so happy with my visit, that I signed up to be a member. I will definitely be back for more services at Massage Envy in Goodyear.

Carlos is amazing! Its a gift to not only have a massage therapist who's really good at their job, but one who's consistently good! I ALWAYS leave feeling better than I did when I got there.10/10! He's skilled in cupping and hot stones, would highly recommend either. And depending on yourself, he's good at providing comfortable silence or easy going conversations. Which is appreciated for an omnivert like myself haha. The staff at the front desk are really kind and helpful too! 🥹This was supposed to be a one off Christmas gift someone got for me in January 2023. And 3 years later, I'm still glad I got and kept a membership here.

Sydney is AMAZING! The best massages I have ever had! She is very kind, sweet and always makes sure you are getting what you want. Can’t say enough good things about her!

This was my first time at Massage Envy. My husband bought me a gift card for my Birthday. From the time I made my appt in person to my experience with the check in process with another girl I knew I was in great hands!!! Both girls I talked with on Monday Dec. 9th(long hair) and my appt on Tuesday at 4:30( short hair with glasses) were amazing. I didn’t have my glasses and she even came around to go through the questionnaire with me on the iPad. Ryan was wonderful!!!! He was polite, respectful and explained what he was doing and how all the muscles, tendons, etc work together. I will definitely come back to see him. I had a dermaplaning facial with Jackie and she was so knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything she was doing and putting on my face. You can tell that she loves working there and what she does. I can’t wait to have this done again by her.

Elizabeth was very knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job. I highly recommend her. I had the derma plane for the first time with her, and I’m gonna come back for a microderm facial with her In a few weeks based on her recommendation

I believe her name was Sydney, she was amazing! Nice and firm and focused on specific parts of my full body massage that I wanted. She still completed a full body and it was amazing. Great customer service and customer comfort level awareness. I definitely recommend her for your full body massages.

Jessica T. is amazing! I won’t let anyone else do my facials. I trust her recommendations for my skin. Conversation is great, it feels like catching up with an old friend and I look forward to seeing her!
