The new owner is beyond amazing. This space is about to become better and better. We are so lucky we got to meet him. We have been here before and loved it, but he made us want to get another membership instantly. Floating is something not many people know about, but it can change your life. He cares so much about his company and customers. I dont ever want my Float to be over. I have a very physical job but this helped my body recover more than anything else I tried to do. Get a membership!

Went there because of a groupon discount. Wrote a detailed review for groupon that never got posted for some reason. I have gone to float spas before. Had it not been for the group on probably would not have gone as their posted rates are a bit expensive. The woman that helped me at the front desk was lovely. However, they need to pay more attention to the facilities. I also found it incredibly annoying that I was forced to watch a repetitive video about the benefits of floating. I would strongly suggest that they do away with this requirement, especially for people that are experienced with pod flotation. Also, turning on the water at the end of the session is a little too abrupt. It would be better if they did a music cue instead, or brought up the lights inside the pod. The showering area in the room I was in showed signs of mold. Also, there was no way to turn the shower head from overhead to handheld, which would have been very helpful as I'm on the shorter side. Shower water pressure could also have been better. Also in the bathroom area right above the door were clearly stained ceiling tiles from some sort of water leak. There's no excuse to have something look like this. Especially in a facility that's supposed to be very clean. I'll probably go back and try it one more time.

Had a very wonderful experience. The staff was very attentive. CHRISTIAN made us feel at home. Explained everything very well. And clearly described and showed the amenities. I would definitely it will my wife and myself will be coming again.

My experience at the TrueRest Float Spa in Franklin, TN was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and peaceful. The staff member was incredibly kind and made sure I was completely comfortable before my float and very informative. The float itself was life changing. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and recharged. The room was spotless and spacious. Whether you need stress relief, muscle recovery, or just some quiet time for yourself, I can’t recommend this place enough.

I tried float therapy for the first time there yesterday. OMG, what a unique relaxing experience. I'm already planning my next visit. It's clean. The staff is wonderful and the experience is definitely worth the price! An hour of absolute solitude is priceless if you ask me!

I would echo others’ thoughts on the filtration system being an irritating indicator for the float being over. Other floats I’ve enjoyed have slowly phased in relaxing music and/or muted lights in the pod to signal the end of the experience and bring you back to reality. Other gripes- lighting in the rooms is not the most soothing compared to cooler colors like a blue or purple and the shower mat was quite rough. Still left very relaxed when I floated earlier this week, but if the point is to disconnect from your senses, I felt a little rushed back into my senses by the feel of the mat, the visuals of the warmer lighting, and the sensation of water abruptly circulating compared to other deprivation float experiences.

I wish there was a way to capture In a photo the peace that I am feeling right now. What a magnificent Way to spend two hours. To clarify, I floated for only 60 minutes, but everything slows down here. Allow extra time to appreciate the ambiance. It’s like there’s a magnet here that makes you want to linger longer. Molly, is a marvelous hostess! Thank you for taking such good care of me, for the wonderful tea and introducing me to "oxygen". Float Spa is officially a new favorite place in Franklin!
