I have been going to Sēk off and on since 2022. I absolutely love the services (I’ve tried them all - Pressotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Sauna Cabin, Sauna Pods, Cold Plunge) and they have all served an important purpose for me. If you are wanting to amplify your health/recovery/mood/energy etc, look into the services and the science behind them! Tremendous impact. BUT, what really sets this place apart is Kat, Lisa, and the rest of the team. Getting to know these strong amazing ladies has been rejuvenating and inspiring - something I didn’t know I needed. It has been such a gift to know them. We moved recently and it won’t make sense to commute to Franklin daily. This will absolutely be the hardest part of my wellness (and heart-filling) routine to replace!

I would give six stars if I could. Sek has an absolutely beautiful atmosphere, incredible services, an exceptional staff. The owner Kat is amazing and will always ensure you get the exact service you need to help you achieve your health goals or remedy any issue you may be having. I've used the red light therapy when I've had back pain and it worked like a charm. I regularly do sauna and cold plunge, which has been a great addition to my health routine. If you have, if you have ever considered trying ed light therapy, infrared sauna or cold plunge then I couldn't recommend. Sek enough... just walk in and one of the team members will guide you in the right direction.

Sēk is my relaxation place! I’ve tried everything here except the plunge and love it all… the staff is amazingly knowledgeable and I’ve asked them pretty much everything. So friendly and welcoming! It really is a special place—you feel lighter (albeit sweaty) and refreshed when leaving!

Sek sauna is one of the best things to ever happen to me. Not only are you greeted by the most welcoming and knowledgeable, but it feels like you’re stepping into an oasis. Meticulously clean, serene, and the one stop shop of many healing modalities. I have become dependent on my weekly sauna visits. The sweat dump is unbelievable with the sauna pods! I personally love to follow it up with a dunk in the cold plunge. They even took the time to coach me through my first couple dips in the cold plunge, ensuring I knew how to handle the cold and how to do it right. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Kat was incredible—super knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything, which I really appreciated as a first-timer to both cold plunge and infrared sauna. After just one session, I noticed immediate relief from my chronic tendinitis and a bulging disc in my back. The reduction in pain and inflammation was honestly surprising. The facility itself is spotless, serene, and thoughtfully designed—truly a zen-like atmosphere. If you’re on the fence about trying this, I highly recommend giving it a go. I’ll definitely be making this a regular part of my routine. Hope your experience is just as positive.

I absolutely love coming to this place for my self-care needs!!! I will sometimes book 2-3 things to do while there! The owners Cat & Lisa are amazing and they have built a staff that is also full of knowledge! The twinkling lights in the ceiling tiles are an added bonus! This is the first time I paid a membership type thing and actually enjoy using it!!!

My favorite place! I currently drive 3 hours every week because I love this studio so much - it has multiple modalities + a wealth of knowledge from Kat and Lisa! Everytime I arrive, I’m greeted with such kindness. They are quick to listen and will guide you every step of the way. If you’re looking for a wellness studio that believes in what they do and they back it up with action - this is the place for you!
