The Sweat Shack- Franklin

Literally my favorite place EVER! My mind and body have never been happier than when I am in there using their services! I adore this place. The team is wonderful and the facilities are clean, high quality, and you feel like a queen when you are in there. It’s so peaceful in your private sauna experience and then perfectly invigorating to finish with the ice bath. One of a kind and so special! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We all love the Sweat Shack! Everyone that works there so sweet and accommodating, and the facility is beautiful with top of the line saunas and cold plunge. I love how I feel afterwards. It is such a peaceful experience. I highly recommend taking the time to experience this special place!!

We had a membership with Sweat Shack for over two years and absolutely loved it. The saunas get up to 200 degrees and the essential oil blends are a perfect touch. The cold plunges are always clean and freezing cold! We have only been without it for a few months and already miss it!

A traditional authentic Finnish at its finest. I love Sweat Shack! It’s always a great experience—super clean, great energy, and the team is so kind and welcoming. It feels like a little escape from real life and I look forward to coming every time.

I was really hoping to like this place, but it seems like all of the nice associates who are pleasant leave, and only the nasty ones remain. The attitude at the front desk is awful. There is one girl in particular who makes you feel like you work for her instead of being hospitable, welcoming you like a guest. Her lack of customer service skills is so unpleasant that I started having anxiety about showing up when she might be there. Unfortunately, it seems like the rude millennial attitude-driven employees replaced the normal nice ones. This can only be a reflection of the ownership and their personality preferences. I’ll pass.

The saunas are incredible. The heat is absolutely perfect in the Kuuma Sauna to optimize your time sweating, doesn’t take long which is great as the temperature is pre heated to a higher temperature. You pour water on the stones with your choice of aromatherapy blends. Depending on which aromatherapy blend you choose it’s paired with color light therapy which adds to the experience. Scheduling is very easy. I would give 5 stars however the additional star that I can not give is representative of shower facilities. There are no shower facilities to rinse off afterwards. That is my recommendation to add.

Amazing experience - the front bar gals are fantastic and so helpful! They will guide you step x step if you like or simply tell you what to expect and get you going! The space is stunning - very high end! My hubby and i felt both relaxed + clear headed afterwards… See ya next time friends!
