The Infrared Room

I love the infrared room because I can choose to take a relaxing sauna yoga class on my rest days or 15 minute HIIT. Then, on work days I can utilize the squat racks, bench, free weights, bands, etc. to get a good pump in. The progressive workout plans that are available on the weight room screens for each day of the week are priceless and keep me on track. And the price point is perfect. Love the staff and the encouraging, non-judgment environment they’ve created. They truly have everything!

Love the private rooms, staff is great, easy to book individual rooms. They have good onboarding, and there is a lot of variety in workout options (plus free weights and more outside of the saunas if you want to get some heavier weight lifting in). I was getting pretty bored with home workouts and these are fun and different, plus you feel AMAZING post sauna. Great location too. Easy parking and access.

I love this place! Joey has helped me become a better athlete and a better man through personal training. The new saunas look amazing and transform the way you burn calories.

I love the ease of scheduling a room and how I can choose a 15 minute or 30 minute workout (or double up for a longer time)! Gigi has been great helping with the whole process, as well as others who have been helpful and friendly on the phone and at the front desk:)

My doctor recommended that I add sauna to my wellness routine, and I was so pleased to find The Infrared Room right in my backyard. The staff is wonderful, and the facility is super-clean. Whether relaxing in the private sauna or exercising in the others, I always leave feeling great!

I love the intimacy and camaraderie! Owners are awesome too! I feel like part of the family, no matter how much of a beginner I am! The sauna experience is a fantastic way to work out! And 30 minute classes fit into my timetable!

After years of being intimidated of the gym environment, I found the Infrared room. Not only is it peaceful, but I feel comfortable coming here. There is a variety of workouts, things I’ve been scared to try out, and ended up loving. This is a very private environment that provides quick and effective workouts. I love this place. I can’t stop recommending people to come and try out these classes.
