Total Sculpting

I've been coming here for awhile, off and on for cyroslimming. This is my first time coming to this type of wellness center so I didn't have much expectations. The only standards I was hoping for was the people are friendly and the place was clean, haha...and Total Sculpting is all and more. Chazzy is amazing. She always makes me feel comfortable during the process and that I have all I need, and fitting me in when I change my appointment time. You definitely in good hands when you are with her. Overall Total Sculpting is a wellness center to help you if you need an extra help with reaching your goal if gym, exercising and dieting has reach it's peak. They have everything that you will need not just for slimming but from oxygen bar to LED light, sauna, compression therapy and teeth whitening. A plus is they just open a gym next door, which is amazing. Definitely come give this place a try if you are looking for a wellness center and ask for Chazzy!!

I love coming here! Chazzy is the BEST!! She is so sweet and fun, it feels like I’m coming to see a friend after work. She does such a great job keeping things running smooth, the room is always clean and relaxing, she makes sure I am comfortable and have everything I need. My schedule changes every week and she always makes me feel confident that we can find a time that works. She is super relatable and always encouraging with positive energy towards hitting my wellness goals. She is a superstar! Maritza was amazing as well and I really miss seeing her here. Hopefully she comes back!!

I give Total Sculpting in Elk Grove 5 stars because they deserve it. Normally I am a skeptical person with really low self confidence. This wonderful "family" has always made me comfortable and supported. I have always had the drive and determination to be healthier mentally and physically but at age 58 I was stuck at the same size. I eat pretty well 😊 and I am active but I needed and wanted that boost of confidence to help with my overall health. I can honestly say I am so happy with my results. I have been receiving Cryoslimming treatments and have been taking advantage of the other wellness benefits (Oxygen bar, cocoon pod, sauna and oh so awesome CryoFacials) I am now 10 pounds lighter and 2 sizes down. I feel better than ever and my confidence has improved greatly. It is a process and I understood that. I am so happy that I took that leap of faith. I have made 3 wonderful friends that I can call my family. I can't wait for upcoming appointments because I feel the love from the owner Jill and the staff (Maritza and Chazzy) my self care is my priority so I can take care of my daughter and be an example to her. My family at Total Sculpting is always there for me (nutritional advice, workout advice and even personal advice) There was absolutely no pressure at my first consultation. Jill explained everything to me in detail. I love them ❤️ They will always be a part of my life. Next step: toning because of the inches and weight I've lost. Woohoo!!

I did cool.sculpting under the chin im.5 4 amd 168 I have a very round face and slightly chunky undershirt from.a scar that makes it more noticeable amd I did it one time it took months to show but it did eventually work but if i had MASSAGED THE AREA BETTER IT WOUKD HAVE BEEN BETTER I SUGGEST BRINGING A ROSE QUARTZ FACE ROLLER TO MASSAGE THE AREA REALLY WELL AFTER PROCEDURE THE MORE YOU MASSAGE AND ROLL AFTER THE QUICKER BETTER RESULTS. it hurts but you have to do it. Have someone else drive so you can massage and roll it for 45 minutes after.

I started going here in December. I’ve been following them on instagram for a year and then I told my sister in law about them. She started going there last year and told me she really loved this place. Sooo I finally got the courage to go. I walked in for a consultation and information. Chaz and Jill were greeted me and were so welcoming. Their personalities and the way they show they truly care about health and wellness is what had me sold. & also the place is super cozy and I love the decor! They had a really good holiday deal and I was able to do payment plans. I was super excited for this because my wedding is Feb 2024 and needed to save for that. I’ve been getting my treatments every two weeks, and each time I feel very comfortable. I even fell asleep a few times during my sessions LOL. It’s been about 1.5 months and I can see a difference. I must say that I’m also planning for my wedding day so I’m doing more than just the sessions. I’m eating balanced meals, working out 3-4 days a week, and drinking lots of water/sleeping. I’m also massaging my areas that are being treated and following the care instructions provided the care team. I can’t wait to see the end results! Nothing but good things to say so far. I’ll post an after picture after my wedding day 🙂

I attended a wellness party and absolutely loved it!! This place is such a vibe of relaxation. The compression therapy was so amazing combined with the light therapy. The owner is so incredibly nice and attentive when you’re doing the different therapies, checking in every so often to make sure you’re comfortable. The whole place was cozy and clean. I highly recommend the place and would love to host my own party here one day!
