Lashme Brows

I visited Lashme Brows a couple of days ago because my friend gifted me a head spa session, and wow — it was amazing! I did the Platinum Head Spa with Emily, and it was worth every penny. She exfoliated my scalp, gave me a relaxing scalp, neck, and shoulder massage… her hands are truly magical. My hair felt so clean, soft, and refreshed afterward. I’m definitely coming back before Christmas to get it done again. The technicians here are also so nice and welcoming. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it! 🫰🏻✨

I got hair stroke and shading on my thin eyebrows and it has been the best thing I’ve done cosmetically. The staff was amazing and kind. Answered all questions that I had. I will be going back for my touch up soon and it will only get better! Thank you…

I went to Lashme for a facial based on my friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did! The service was amazing. My technician, Kylie, did a fabulous job on my face. She doesn’t speak much English, but she is clearly very well-trained and professional. I got the charcoal facial, and I love the results! The store was a bit crowded and slightly noisy, but it didn’t bother me. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back.

Ive been a client for 5 years and service has been excellent. The services I typically use is Eyelash extensions, eyebrow, waxing, and a facial occasionally. I have been extremely happy with the services. This is definitely part of my self-care plan and I feel Revived after my appointment so I recommend it to you

Saw "lash me brows" online after researching permanent makeup buisnesses.I wanted and was in search of "micro- brows" a very specific service, and after inquiring online I recieved a text message a short time after from whom I assume was the manager of the locations. I was asked to provide photos for a "tailored recommendation " based off those photos.I sent 3 in total very close up and angled well.i had already booked an online appointment for "micro brows" prior to recieving the text message.i was assured that I would recieve a recommendation in 1 to 2 buisness days.But the thing was, I didn't want a recommendation,I wanted a specific service.after those 2 buisness days were up I recieved a message that they "couldn't determine what services to recommend" based off the photos. Again I didn't want a recommendation ,i wanted a service,and wanted to know if it could be done or not,based off of the provided photos .I understand skin types are different.micro brows are not the same as micro blading.so now 2 days have gone by and im still being pushed for an in person consultation (for the third time).,which is not possible for me as i am a very busy working professional and cannot accommodate that.If they couldn't say a yes or no based off the photos ,why waste my time saying you could.? Just give me a straight answer.Dont try to upsell me,and push for an in person consultation.ill be taking my buisness elsewhere.

Haylee charges very expensive! The product ( the face serums ) she sold to me was very expensive! She said its Korean product while it was just an ordinary inexpensive product from Vietnam that may cost only $20, she charged me $108 for only 1 serum and it was already opened and leaking! She sold the same one to someone else for $30! Besides, she also sold other products very expensive as well! She doesn't have a fix price, if she doesn't know you everything goes veryyy expensive like scamming YOU , but if she knows u somehow, then she charges normal price! She charged me almost a $1000 for the service and couple of ordinary Vietnamese face serum introduced as Korean products. Customer service messages guides one thing, and she her self guides you other thing, so its totally confusing during the process, she doesn't even reach out back to you when u call, they say she is going to call u she is going to call u, but NOP once the money is taken then nobody cares about u or ur calls! Also, I don't see any positive result so not a Go BACK FOR ME!!! I have seen many Inequality and injustice in her work, and product prices!

I’ll never recommend this place for lash lift and tint. Waste of money and time. The service is expensive and you will never be satisfied. I contacted them back and they asked me for the picture of my lashes. I shared my picture with them and then they posted on social media without my permission and consent . Which is very unprofessional and not acceptable behavior.
