Foot & Body Reflexology 3

I gave my girlfriend a relaxation day here for Christmas and she told me it was incredible. Yesterday 02/15/26 we decided to go together for a massage day because we both had a lot of back pain, but the experience I had was not pleasant at all. I got the lady "CINDY" and honestly she did everything except give a massage. She was digging her elbows in, applying pressure where it didn’t belong, coughing excessively and making me feel uncomfortable during the entire session. It was a very bad experience. When the service ended, she handed us an envelope with her name on it for tips and, according to the service I received, I left her 10 dollars. And you’re not going to believe this! She followed me all the way to my car door saying: "Only 10 dollars???" Honestly, I didn’t even want to respond and she left very upset. I find this place and its employees very disrespectful and unprofessional. They should urgently do an evaluation of this place, because these things should not happen and no one should receive such mediocre service. To make it worse, Mrs. Cindy, the one who followed me, insulted me when I was getting into my car and the only thing I managed to understand was that I had a nice car to leave only 7 dollars. What does she care!!!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.

Drove couple of hours to get a new car from elk grove .Car was going to be ready in few hours so we decided to get a massage before heading back home I don’t why we chose this place .While entering the room the lady start asking for tip I ignored her and after massage 2 ladies followed me to the door asking for tip like they only knew only one word of English which was TIP. In America we tip people after the services. Such an unprofessional place. I would never go there again

I finally gave up on this place. I’ve came here a dozen of times and each time I gave them another chance. This time, I couldn’t. I went in specifically telling them please do not use elbows. They will dig their elbow so deep into your back you feel like you will pass out. The put all their weight on you. There is no sense of relaxing when you come out, in fact, you feel better before the massage. It’s been two days since the massage and my head is throbbing still. She used so much pressure even on my head. I will be reporting them because I don’t think they know what they’re doing. Also, the last time I went here, one of the employees starting screaming and fighting with another employee and throwing things around WHILE getting a massage. Pretty scary and very ghetto

I have to agree with all the other reviewers about the full body massage. My husband and I went for a couples massage yesterday and he had Lucy which he said was good but he never got the orange $10 oil we paid extra for. I had a male that had ABSOLUTELY no idea what he was doing. Putting hard PAINFUL pressure on my spinal cord and no massage on my muscles at all. He also had long or sharp nails that I'm still burning from on day 2. My back and scalp are on fire and still have scratches. The couples room also didn't have a door/privacy & the massage area or my masseuse smelled like cigarettes. This place is a rip off. The lobby posters and front desk lady make you think this is a professional place that knows what they're doing but they really don't. Not going back here again. I wish we can get our money back. 😥

I have been going here for a couple years for foot massages. Have always had great foot massages. Well this time was different. I got a 90 min session. 30 for foot and 60 full body massage in private room for. The 30 min foot massage was great. Almost fell asleep. The massage was horrible to say the least. I felt like a piece of meat being drenched with marinade. I don't think the guy knew anything about the anatomy of the human body. Started out by pressing on my spinal column. Had to tell him to stop pressing so hard. Massages are suppose to target muscles not bones. He never massaged any deltiod muscles. Spent a little time on my neck and part of my traps but that was it. Never rolled on my back to target quads and upper traps. Spent the whole hour on my stomach. He slapped oil on me and just moved his hands around my back without targeting the muscles. I have had massages for decades and NEVER felt like I was taking a oil bath. I could feel it dripping down my skin. Not once did my quads get touched. This was not a full body massage. I had to go home and shower which you are not suppose to do after a good massage. NEVER will I do a full body massage here again. I paid $75 for something that was barely worth 30. Spending my money on certified therapists from now on. I should of known better but I thought I'd give them a try. Don't spend your money on full body massages here.

I would tell it like it is.... If you want a deep tissue massage ask for Lucy. She is fantastic! Does it hurt? If you are really messed up YES!!! But you have to remember to continue to come back. If you really care about your wellness come back in 2 to 3 weeks. If not you run the risk of having rough knots again. This place is great clean and sanitary.

I come here often but this visit we went in for a couples massage and was the worst. The next time I go, I will not have Cindy do my massage. She sat down on my head while doing my massage. If you are too short, then you should figure something out and not have to sit on a costumers head. I asked for more pressure, and she didn't give me what I asked for. I also didn't understand why she spent sooo much time on my butt, I was a little uncomfortable for me. I have had many of they guys do my massage, and it wasn't anything like this experience, I've never been this uncomfortable. Would not recommend Cindy as your massage therapist. 🙅🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🙏🏽
