Lovely facility. Massage was decent but no different than a standard massage that typically costs about 1/3 of the price in a non-hotel setting. Was thinking about coming back with friends in the future but decided otherwise after the scolding I was given at checkout about not exiting the spa within 10 minutes after my service (Apparently the spa closed at 5, my service was done at 4:50. I stayed to take a very quick shower so we could head downstairs for a dinner reservation). If you aim to create a luxury experience and charge a luxury price, let your clients take a breath (and a quick shower) before rushing them out the door. I left totally irritated instead of relaxed!

I had a wonderful and very relaxing Sunday afternoon at this spa for my birthday! It was very cold outside so I got a great experience with the hot/cold traditional Nordic experience, specifically with the outdoor hot tub. I got a 50minute Nordic massage and my masseuse was wonderful. I was shocked to see the other negative reviews because I had nothing but a fabulous, relaxing, and enjoyable time there. I look forward to going back! Note: they ask phones not to be in use during your time at the spa, want to note that these photos were taken with no one else around to ensure I was not disturbing others 😊

Got to experience a couples massage here yesterday, and it was everything the Twin Cities has been missing for a spa experience! The staff is highly professional and operates like a well oiled machine from start to finish. The fact that the steam room, salt room, hot tub, and sauna are co-ed make it great for couples and groups of friends. Would loved to have been able to order food/lunch to the spa, but the hotel only had a grab and go cafe open during the daytime. Our masseuses Natalia and Megan were outstanding! We both have physical jobs, and they performed trigger point release around the shoulders and neck in addition to the full body relaxation massage. We were hosted in the hospitality suite, and it was spacious with sweeping views of the surroundings. I will definitely be going back, and look forward to more amazing experiences here in the future 🙌

I booked a facial for my birthday and felt thoroughly pampered. Everyone was so nice and my estitician, Melissa, was excellent. Would go again.

Absolutely amazing and the most relaxing day! I came early and enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, and (my favorite) the salt room! They had flavored water, tea and snacks, as well as a menu you could order additional food from. My facial from Hayley was fantastic

My wife and I took an entire day for the spa and it was well worth it, the service there was excellent. We came a bit before our appointment and got an early start checking out the sauna, steam room, and salt relaxation room after a tour from the staff. After a nice cup of tea we headed in for our Couples Sea Restorative Ritual, which was super relaxing. Our massage therapists were really great, it was very comfortable and calming for both of us. After our treatment, we went to use the outdoor hot tub that is available to guests of the spa, and it was definitely a highlight of our trip! We loved sitting outside in the hot tub after our massages. Perfect hot tub weather - it was 28 degrees and very gently snowing. It was absolutely perfect and super refreshing! I had a bit of trouble with my locker in the locker room, but the staff was able to quickly assist without any disruption to my relaxation experience. Definitely will be coming back next time we need to relax and treat ourselves!

This has been my go-to spa for a girls’ weekend. The massages and facials are wonderful with great staff. Unfortunately the new policy of only two hours to utilize the amenities detracted from the experience. They reminded us of the time limit multiple times. It was not very relaxing having to worry about the time then getting kicked out. It wasn’t even busy. Plus, the outdoor hot tub was closed, which I understand is not their fault with the weather. This experience really wasn’t worth the steep price tag. Will be going somewhere else in the future.
