10/10 absolute perfection! The customer service is incredible, the space is clean and peaceful—if you’re after a full, satisfying massage experience, this is the spot. I shared my problem areas (highly recommend doing this!) and the masseuse got straight to work. Her soft, healing hands relieved my pain right away, and I never wanted it to end.

Highly recommend! Best massage I ever had. She was thorough and thoughtful. I will definitely be back and recommend her to everyone I know.

If there's anything like zero star, that's what blue lake spa deserves. They are not professional in business. They say don't care about my rating on here. How would you feel booking a session for your mum on her birthday and you ask a friend to go and make payment. Now they need my friend to come with a gift card they gave him. Meanwhile, before he pays, he already told them that is for the lady because is for her birthday. After sending the picture they still refuse to give her service. Please, avoid this kind of business minded place that do not care.

I had a great massage at Blue Lake Spa December 4th. The room was very nice and the price was only $70.00 for 1 hour. My therapist was Cherry. She is very nice! She told me She has been a massage therapist over 20 years. If you are looking for a really good professional massage ask for Cherry.

This spa is a real sanctuary. The therapists are attentive and skilled, and the whole experience leaves you feeling wonderful.

Lily is so rude. They wanted cash and I didn’t have cash on me for tips, even though I gave her whatever I had. I asked do you do Zelle, Venmo or any other cash apps, she said no. Her behavior was so bad. Her service wasn’t great either. I’ve been here before and Linda is the one who used to do my massage, looks like she doesn’t work here anymore. I used to go for Linda but I guess I won’t anymore.
