TUY Massage

TUY Massage – Charlotte, NC ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I walked into TUY Massage I felt a genuine sense of calm and good energy. The place has a relaxed, welcoming ambiance — a clean, simple décor that doesn’t distract from the experience but helps the body and mind start unwinding. The staff was friendly, polite, and professional, and the overall vibe felt grounded and genuine. TUY offers a broad range of massage therapies — everything from deep‑tissue and Thai massage to hot‑stone treatments — with an emphasis on creating a healing, soothing experience that addresses tension, stress and muscle fatigue. Their commitment to comfort, clarity in pricing (no hidden add‑ons), and focus on customer well‑being stood out to me. If you're in Charlotte and looking for a place that combines authenticity, skilled massage therapy, and a calm, welcoming environment — TUY Massage is one to visit. I took some photos during my visit; check them out, and follow for more honest reviews like this.

I had a crick in my neck and shoulder that was driving me crazy. I called TUY massage on a whim after work and they were able to accommodate me. Wow, the first massage I’ve ever had where the masseuse took her time until the tightness dissipated. Not only was the service thorough but it was also friendly. Amy provided a relaxing and enjoyable environment and I will definitely be coming back!

This was the best massage I’ve ever gotten, and everyone there was so nice. I’ve gotten massages at other places before, but this is the first time I have ever felt like my problem areas were effectively worked on. This past week I’ve been experiencing serious back pain, and this massage has me feeling so much better. I will absolutely be coming back!

If you want the highest quality massage work drawing from multiple modalities, this is the place. ANGEL INVESTORS take note! This is a very well run operation with amazingly talented therapists. The location and ambiance leaves some to be desired, and it’s clear they have to work hard to avoid the stereotypes of a Thai massage spa in an office like this. A little investment in a higher quality location would skyrocket this business. Till then, I’ll be calling Tuy massage to help me stay active and pain free!

Would definitely return. The pressure during my deep tissue massage was strong and I was sore afterwards (which I wanted). She checked in with me multiple times throughout the massage just to make sure the pressure wasn't too much, whic I appreciated, but I was going to suffer to achieve the full body reset. Thank you so much and will definitely recommend!

I typically get massages once a month or two, and I’ve tried many massage parlors over the years, and this one was definitely a different experience. I do want to highlight the staff was very kind and the Swedish massage was amazing! The one thing i hated was that throughout my whole massage, I could hear this alarm going off constantly in the lobby. It was a robotic voice and it really irked me and I couldn’t fully relax like I always do. Also the blinds were fully open, allowing so much light into the room when I’ve always had my rooms be very dark . Overall great massage, but the effort for a relaxing, tranquil ambiance needs to be improved. I would come back again, especially since it’s only a few minutes away from my house !

Absolutely love this place and planning on coming back! I had this guy name sergeant to do my 1 hour deep tissue massage and I feel relief! My calves are so much better after the massage and he made sure to massage where I needed the most. If you want really deep massages with GOOD pain I recommend him!!!! Can’t wait to come back!
