Not only is she incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and up to date with trends, but she truly cares about making sure you leave feeling confident and happy. She listens to exactly what you want, gives honest advice, and always delivers amazing results. Every appointment feels comfortable and fun, and I always get so many compliments after she does my hair. I’m lucky she’s my sister, but I’d hype her up just as much even if she wasn’t—she’s that good!

I have had wonderful experiences for myself and for my son. Jazmine was wonderful with my son. It was his very first visit to a "real" hair salon, and she made it so special for him. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really knew how to make a 5‑year‑old feel comfortable and excited about getting his hair cut. He left grinning from ear to ear! Ashley has been my go‑to stylist, and she is truly amazing. She always listens carefully and somehow translates my scattered ideas into the perfect cut and color every time. I walk out loving my hair and feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend both of these fantastic stylists!

Elyse is amazing! She always knows exactly what my hair needs. I left with fresh highlights, a clean trim, and my hair feeling healthy and light. Beyond her incredible skill, she is just a lovely human to spend time with, warm, thoughtful, and genuine. Always such a wonderful experience at Modern Salon.

Stephanie did a marvelous job creating the look I was hoping for. The consultation was very beneficial. The lovely shampoo and scalp massage by Celina was an added bonus. Looking forward to my next visit.

Salon owner, Arezo has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. She is a gifted artist whose talent has caused people to stop me in venues/airports in various parts of the world. On one occasion, one of her former clients stopped me who come to find out, used to live in Charlotte, Arezo cut her hair and she had yet to find another whose work compared. She was hoping I had another name to recommend! Another time a stylist stopped me in an airport asking to take a photo and was so grateful I didn’t mind! Over the years I’ve been stopped, complimented, conversed with and asked for numerous photos and close-up looks. There is such a thing as skill (which can be taught), and then there’s talent (a gift). Arezo’s talent is incomparable, well known and sought after. Lucky me!!

Always thrilled with Noushin’s talented work. Hair color and cut exactly what I described and wanted. (Cover the gray, but keep my hair healthy!) She listens and offers options to achieve the desired outcome. Incredibly grateful to her…. Excellent service. Excellent outcome.
