URBANA SPA - MASSAGE CHARLOTTE NC

We were there Sunday for my boyfriend's birthday. We had lunch, including chocolate covered strawberries-ate them in a little private room. Next we had a massage and both of our therapists were wonderful - this was the favorite of my boyfriend, though he did love the whole experience. After that, we went into the salt cave which was a great experience and I really loved breathing that air. Then we ended with the sauna, which is also something my boyfriend really enjoys. But it wasn't just the types of services we got, it's the way we received them. Everything was so private, it was like we were in our own little world and Everyone, from the people at the desk to the therapists were out of this world. This must be my favorite spa I have ever visited.

This spa is my absolute favorite!! I’ve been here at least a handful of times at this point. Few times with my husband, gone with friends, and just by myself. All were fantastic experiences! Everyone on this team is amazing! The minute you walk in, you feel that sense of relaxation and contentment. The front desk team is wonderful. The waiting areas are relaxing and comfortable. The tea is delicious! I am a huge fan of Himalayan salt and they have tons of lamps throughout the spa (which you can buy and they are a great deal!) and the Himalayan salt room is amazing!! I can also feel the fun and camaraderie this team has working together. They help each other out and make sure every client has a great experience as a team. I haven’t had a chance to try out the new rooftop space but it looks cool! All the amenities and services are amazing and very reasonably priced. Love the spa packages! Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I agreed, quite possibly the best professional massages we ever had. Shakia and Michael were both outstanding. We enjoyed the un-wine-ding before we started. Friendly staff, really nice facility. We'll be back.

Urbana spa always provides a top notch experience. I am always impressed by the exceptional quality of services offered at this spa. From the moment I walk in, the front staff are professional and pleasant. The massages given by Sophia are truly top-notch, providing a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience every time. They also now offer salt therapy. I am a long time customer and highly recommend Urbana spa for a healing and relaxing experience.

Absolutely wonderful spa experience. Had a couples massage with my husband for Mother’s Day. Great ambiance for relaxation. The massage therapists were exceptional.

Great experience for our after Christmas holiday couples massage. Our therapists were amazing. Very professional, the facility is wonderful and staff was very accommodating offering complimentary drinks prior to treatment. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
