Holistic Harmony

My massage and overall experience was excellent. I highly encourage visiting Liz for a session.

Liz was amazing! This was my first session with her, and she immediately made me feel at ease. I recently had hip surgery, and she suggested cupping therapy to support my recovery. Her knowledge and skill were evident throughout the session, and I left feeling more relaxed and optimistic about my healing process. If you’re looking for a therapist who is both professional and attentive, I highly recommend Liz. I’m so glad I found her!

Such an incredible experience! It was calming, clean, and very professional yet warm. I felt incredibly comfortable!

I had a 90 minute Thai massage with singing bowl therapy with Liz. It was a wonderful, relaxing massage. Liz is excellent at what she does. Not only does she give a superb massage, she listens carefully to her clients' particular needs and responds accordingly. She makes her clients feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere of her studio is very pleasant and soothing. I highly recommend this massage practice!

Where do I even begin? This was my first Thai massage, and it was absolutely amazing! I came in with sore legs and knees, tight hamstrings, and a stiff lower back—but after my session with Liz, I felt like I could run a marathon. Liz took the time to explain the process, detailing how my body was reacting to tension and how she was working to push it beyond its comfort zone for deeper relief. Her expertise and technique made all the difference, and I left feeling refreshed, flexible, and pain-free. I can’t recommend her enough!

I had a wonderful experience with Liz. It was my first time visiting her relaxing calm environment. Liz immediately made me feel at ease. I enjoyed a Reiki & Singing Bowls, Sound Therapy experience . Days later I still felt so relaxed and calm. Thank you Liz.

Amazing as always. Liz is very attentive to all areas where I have concerns or pain. I’ve literally had massages all over the world and Charlotte during my travels. But once I had my first thai massage with Liz I kept coming back. I’ve been coming to her for years now and hands down she’s the best massage therapist in Charlotte. I’ve recommended her to family friends and coworkers.
