Chinese SPA

I just left this establishment and I feel great! I was at the Ford dealership next door, and was waiting for my car to get serviced...I walked over to the shopping center on a whim and found the Chinese Spa! I received an 1 hour deep tissue massage with hot stones and it was AMAZING!!! It was clean, and very decently priced. I highly recommend it!!!

Yoyo is amazing! She’s very professional and always works seriously and carefully. She never rushes and only finishes when the full time is completed. She’s always smiling and treats customers with great attitude. Highly recommend her massage therapy!

Very clean sheets , good massage too. 60$ for 1 hr and 3$ credit card process fee . You can add tip to card too. Will return for sure

I can’t speak on the massage itself because unfortunately, I never got one. My husband and I went on Saturday around 6 PM, there were no cars in front or anywhere near the place, so I was hopeful there wouldn’t be a wait. We rang the doorbell, and a young woman came out. I told her we wanted two 60-minute massages. She quickly said "no," that only 30-minute sessions were available. When I asked why, she seemed annoyed and just said, "we have no time," even though no one else was there. I agreed to the 30 minutes, but when I handed her my card, she immediately said it wouldn’t work because they had no WiFi. From the start, the customer service was terrible. I felt completely unwelcome, like she didn’t even want to take our hard-earned money.

I went here three times, the massage was horrible, the light was bright, and the person who did the massage was the one who picked up the phone and went to the counter when someone rang the bell. I don't recommend people to come here, the lady at reception is very rude, she will tell you if you want a massage to wait or go. Very rude, I will never return here.

I left a $10 tip on a $60 massage and the massage therapist started begging me for a bigger tip. I told her I had no more cash and that 15-20% is fair, and then she told me "this isn’t a restaurant, everyone tips me $20". The strangest part of this story is, this has happened to me TWICE!! The first time it happened here, I thought it was a one-off occasion, but it’s happened twice now. If a $20 tip is expected, maybe make that clear at the beginning? Or add it into the pay structure so therapists are being compensated fairly? Other than that, good massage, nice staff, and clean rooms. I will not be returning here though.
