PLEASE DON’T GO HERE. Staff here heckle customers for tips and get disrespectful if you decline. While I was paying for a family member’s massage, an older woman asked me for a tip first. I politely declined. Then a younger male attendant (20s–30s) immediately asked again and, when I declined a second time, he called me "trash" in his language assuming I wouldn’t understand since it is a very popular Eastern Asian language and I'm black. I looked directly at him, and while walking out I stated in English that I understood exactly what he said. His reaction made it clear he was caught off guard. My mom has been going here for roughly two years and always tipped, even with their constant pressure. The moment you start the payment process, they start saying "tip, tip" and stand there watching the card reader to make sure you’re tipping and whatever else they’re trying to monitor. If you want more money for your services, price accordingly instead of harassing customers and then insulting them when they decline to tip. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere. No one should pay to be called "trash" for not tipping.

I overall had a decent massage for which I paid well over 100+ for. I decided to also leave a tip for which the lady at the desk chuckled said "that’s all?"… and made an announcement in front of the customers and other workers how long my massage was for + started my transaction over. She and the other worker then discussed (as they stood over customer massaging them) + told me how much I HAVE to tip her. Very tacky. I told her that’s not how that works. You have your prices listed and I am paying that with no issue + also optionally leaving a tip. I still increased my tip some but will not be back. I booked a Swedish massage which felt more like deep tissue and more pressure than expected.

Horrible service, we walk in with an appt only one employee mind you the massages are 30 mins and more, no check ins for our appt they just told us to sit and no "welcome" nothing!. Then this lady came in and had service before us that we was waiting longer, we just left! Never again coming to this place. Ohhh and a broken chair where they were giving someone else service.

We did a couples massage & had the best massage I've ever had, felt so so relaxed. Kevin & Jason were the best. Very clean and followed all Covid Protocols. They even let us bring a bottle of Champagne 🍾 and set us up with a table to put our drinks. We definitely recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again

One of the best massages I’ve ever had, very reasonably priced. Did 1 hour foot reflexology and feel so incredible now. Will be going back often. If you haven’t been, make a point to go.

I've been to many massage establishments, from high end to the mall therapist. Seems to be a lot of turn over but I think that's common in the massage therapy world. Tom does an amazing job. I've only had the foot massage but it's great to the point that I will only see him. Lily is also an honorable mention. She does a fabulous job as well but Tom is the guy!

Extremely disappointing experience, went for a 60 minute foot massage, everything was going well until the person giving me the massage started falling asleep, I remove the towel off of my face, and I was looking at him while his head was dropping, he was just moving his hands, but barely touching my foot. Based on your reply, do you believe that a customer would ask the " therapist" to fall asleep while doing his/her job? Be realistic and address the problem rather than trying to blame the customer for the lack of good customer service.
