Great experience and Great staff 5 stars to the environment. The steam room was great and the saunas were just rightt. Jacuzzi just perfect. And the cold pool is fantastic. for the food is superb had the kvass and ceaser salad with potatoes and mushrooms. With mineral water and tea. I had a great time since it was my 37th birthday and a great day to spend at the Mermaid day spa. 60$ entrance fee. 6 towels per person. sandals available. Thank you for a great time. Showers on site. And street parking with a Lot.

Had a great time here for a spa party! The spa packages are well-put-together and offer a relaxing experience. The facilities are clean and the overall vibe is very soothing. Giving it 4 stars—it’s a solid choice for a group outing or a self-care day.

Great place for those who love Russian sauna with Russian food. Could be a little crowded on weekends though. Wet room is very decent, freezer room is a nice addition. There is a backyard with chairs and chaise lounges for smokers, very useful at summer 🌞

I went here in December on a Tuesday weekday and had a great time. The sauna and steam rooms were hotter than anything I have experienced, and once I was brave enough to do the cold plunge I loved it. The meal was delicious, especially with icy cold beers in a glass after going in the sauna. Highly recommend! Don’t forget to bring flip-flops so you don’t have to buy them.

Surprised by this "Banya" just a sauna! Only 4 hours are given for one payment, and I have to constantly monitor the time, small uncomfortable room to change clothes, everything is kind of old, ugly showers, there are buckets for brewing brooms but at the entrance to the sauna room it is written: WARNING NO BUCKETS OF WATER ALLOWED IN THIS BANYA.... this is idiocy, I asked the staff and they are also surprised by this, but they are just staff, they do not care, I asked at the reception if you are inside the bath (room) can you pour water on your head, and at the same time be right above the drain? the reception says I don't know, but I think it's possible... terrible 3 shower rooms between 2 saunas... ordered crackers but they were in oil, soft, ordered tea, cheap tea, tasteless and gave paper cups, at first I ordered just tea but they brought me jam and honey and sliced ​​lemon, well, in many bathhouses they bring tea with something like jam, honey, crackers, etc. but it's included in the price, and here they give me a receipt and there it says separately $ 3 for these sweets, I asked why do I have to pay extra? I was told it's not included in the price of the tea... well, it's not about these couple of bucks but about the fact that they simply imposed it on me and at the same time did not ask me! people work here who are in no way connected with the provision of services! I will never come here again! terrible place! I do not recommend it to anyone!!!

Amazing sauna facilities it was clean and neat. However I was met with unprecedented hostility from one of the restaurant staff today. It took 30 minutes for the food to get prepared so at the time I had to leave. Having explained the situation to the frontdesk I received refund no-problem. Later the waiter who was overall grumpy, unwelcoming and non-responsive came to the frontdesk shouted at me in front of staff and other visitors and asked me never to order anything from them again. "I’ll throw your chicken away" in a threatening voice he said. Very embarrassing and rude.
