beem® Light Sauna - Park Slope

Beautiful and very clean studio! The friendliest and most helpful staff as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience where I did red light therapy then the infrared sauna. I will definitely be back. Great deals on monthly packages. Love all of the health benefits - will definitely help me survive the winter at the very least!

Great experience! Staff was amazing, so helpful and nice. Facility felt really clean and nice. I had been curious about infrared, so I used the private infrared sauna, but it would be fun with a friend in the bigger ones. They were happy to explain everything to me. I had controls over my lighting, temperature and sound. Saunas are in private rooms, so you can change and keep belongings with you. There are showers that looked nice, but I didn't use them. I did appreciate the cool towel ready for me in my room for when I was done.

Beem is a very clean and well-maintained infrared sauna and red light therapy studio in Park Slope. The space feels calm, modern, and thoughtfully cared for, which makes every visit relaxing from the moment you walk in. The rooms are spotless, and the overall atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. It’s a great spot for anyone looking to unwind, recover, and prioritize wellness.

We had a great time at Beem! We did the sauna session for 2! Everyone at Beem was super helpful in helping us get settled and explaining the facilities. Alison & Anna were very sweet and a pleasure to speak with! Very clean facilities, we will be returning!!

This place is amazing! I left relaxed and feeling rejuvenated!!! I can’t wait to come back and do the Sauna! Thank you Dwight and Shawn. You guys are amazing!!!!

From the moment I entered the facility, I felt the calming energy of this establishment. The 2 front staff members who greeted me—that being Shone and Ava—were so polite and insightful about the benefits of red light therapy and infrared saunas, and they could keep up with my wit (which was an added bonus)! Now, let’s get to the experience itself. In a word: RELAXING! I got a really good sweat in while using the infrared saunas, and the red light therapy treatment served as a nice way to acclimate my body to the infrared rays before jumping into the sauna (which I highly recommend). I’d say on a scale of 1-10 (in terms of stress levels), I came at a 7 and left at a 2. So if you’re looking for a great way to relieve stress (or stay warm during this cold winter season), I HIGHLY recommend coming into beem Light sauna for their red light therapy and infrared sauna sessions.

Beem Park Slope was awesome! The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. The environment is very relaxing, clean & aesthetically pleasing. I had the red light therapy & social sauna and felt very refreshed & rejuvenated afterwards. I will definitely be back!
