Bohemia Skin and Body

I was gifted a facial at Bohemia Skin and Body Spa on a recent trip to Berkeley. I would describe my facial experience here as life changing. Andrea was a professional, healer and goddess! My sun damaged and aging skin has not felt this loved and hydrated in years. By the end of the two hour excursion, I felt like I’d been given a hot bath and full body massage along with the facial. I asked Andrea to recommend a few products to enhance my skincare routine and ultimately purchased several items including and most importantly - the sunscreen. If you live in Berkeley, I envy you and your immediate access to this wonderful spa.

I got the holistic first time facial and it was absolutely incredible. I loved the vibe of the space (super relaxing with great light), all the products used during the treatment, the attention to detail/customization, and the facial massage. Andrea was an angel and had the best energy!! I don’t live in the Bay but will be coming back every time I’m in town - my skin was so happy 🙂

I've been seeing Chloe for facials for years, and let me just say--this review is long overdue. She has always had that magic touch when it comes to skincare. From the moment you walk into Bohemia Skin, you can feel the care and intention behind every detail. It's calming, inviting, and truly a little oasis of self-care. Chloe is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled--she's also one of the warmest, most genuine people I've ever met in the beauty industry. As for the facial--absolute heaven. Chloe customized everything to exactly what my skin needed. I walk in feeling dull and dehydrated, and walk out glowing. My skin was soft, plump, and so hydrated. Chloe's facials are the perfect mix of results-driven and deeply relaxing. She uses high-quality products by Marie Veronique and explains what she's doing in a way that makes you feel empowered, not overwhelmed. And she somehow makes every appointment feel like a catch-up with an old friend. If you've been thinking about booking a facial at Bohemia Skin--do it. Chloe is the real deal, and your skin will thank you.

I never write reviews but my time here was too great to not express how thankful I am! Andrea was my facialist and she was so warm and welcoming and guided me every step of the way. I’ve had a facial in the past but didn’t have the best experience, which resulted in me thinking facials just weren’t for me. Andrea completely changed that for me, she was educational and didn’t make me feel bad for all the questions I had. I was hesitant but gave her my full trust and I’m so glad I did, she is amazing and if you’re looking to book whether you’re a first timer or avid goer, she’s your girl. I’m feeling recharged and my skin’s never looked better, will definitely be coming back!

I can’t say enough good things about Bohemia. Not only is the ambiance tranquil and inviting, but the expertise of the staff truly sets this place apart. I came in with concerns about my rosacea, and Chloe immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and personalized approach. The facial treatment was incredibly soothing, using gentle, natural products specifically tailored to calm redness and irritation. After just one session, my skin looked and felt significantly better—less inflamed, more hydrated, and glowing! Chloe also provided helpful tips for ongoing care at home, which have made a noticeable difference. If you’re struggling with sensitive skin or rosacea, this is the place to go. Bohemia has truly transformed my skin and my confidence. Five stars, without a doubt!

I had my first facial ever with Andrea today and it was wonderful! The space is so positive and peaceful. I assumed that facials were more for skin health and aesthetics but I was most impressed by how relaxing the whole experience was. I appreciated that the products used leaned natural but effective like manual honey treatments. Andrea was so gentle. I felt pampered and was still able to get gentle extraction with ultrasound technology (new to me) and I left feeling refreshed without any redness or irritation.

I love coming to Bohemia Skin and Body! Chloe gives amazing facials and bodywork and I always feel so much better when I leave. Her beautiful shop is full of wonderfully curated products that make great gifts, both for myself and my loved ones. Highly recommended!!
