I never actually received the service. First off I should have been skeptical because they requires a deposit, most professional don’t require a deposit before you even receive the services. Long story short, I had an emergency and called the day of my appointment to reschedule for safety reasons. I encountered one of the rudest owners o have ever spoken with. She informed me that I could reschedule with another deposit as my deposit was forfeited because I called the same day, I was floor. This is the new way of "stealing" from consumers by requesting a deposit and not rendering the service. It is poor customer service and bad business practices. Be very careful when schedule with this business, clearly sales aren’t good so they need to take a deposit and hope you don’t show up. I will take the proper action to retrieve my deposit, however they just lost a first time customer. And to the business owner, people will appreciate you more of you allow flexibility.

The experience was awesome, serene, and very professional. She started off telling me about the process, what will happen during the process and the end of the process. She made me feel comfortable and even ask me during any time do I have any questions. She had a cuttery bored with hors d'oeuvres on them waiting for me and soft music playing in the background. Very Professional and knowledgeable. The ambiance was relaxing. Fresh fruit, chocolate and beverages. It was very relaxing and I feel REFRESHED. Definitely going again. It was definitely worth it. A great first experience for me and sister ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amazing Experience .... 1st time Steamer and didn't know what to expect but it was FABULOUS. I left feeling fresh and my partner definitely noticed the difference that night. I highly recommend.
