LOVE this place. I started coming to SpaSway maybe two years ago. Used to schedule with whoever’s available, and mostly has been really good, but eventually found the BEST masseuse Maria, and have been scheduling with her 2-3x a month. She has a great understanding of the body and can pinpoint exactly what you need, even if you can’t. Very friendly staff, very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend

I really wanted to give this place a 5-star review, but here’s my experience. I arrived five minutes before my scheduled appointment and sat in the waiting room briefly. When the masseuse called me in, she kindly asked if I wanted to use the restroom—I declined—and then she left me to change. I entered the room right at 4:00 PM and was ready by 4:02, but she didn’t return until almost 4:10. The massage ended promptly at 4:47, so I did lose several minutes of massage time. That said, the massage itself was excellent—very relaxing and professional. My only other critique is the lighting in the room. The bright white lights made it hard to fully unwind. Most top-tier spas I’ve visited use dim, warm lighting to promote relaxation, and that element was definitely missing here. Given the advertising and signage about being a top day spa in Austin, I had high expectations. While it wasn’t a bad experience at all, it just didn’t meet the level I was hoping for.

Maria was absolutely amazing, Just the right amount of pressure with focus on my areas perfectly! She was incredibly gentle while ensuring my request were met, Enjoyed her so much I signed up for the 3 month membership and this is going to become my monthly self care treat to myself!

I’ve seen a few different massage therapists at Spa Sway, and Maggie stands out as my favorite! She takes the time to understand your preferences and tailor the experience to exactly what you need, all while maintaining a calm and incredibly relaxing atmosphere. She made my session feel personalized and restorative. Highly recommend!

It’s was a good place for a massage. The price is good if you share with someone for a membership… isn’t a cheap price for the service they have. The service is really good, I went there with a headache because of all the tension in my body, first of all - my back. And after the 1 hour session of massage, the headache was gone. I was there with my boyfriend, and it was a really good experience to relax with your partner. I went in a day that it was good to find a parking spot. But must of the time, it’s hard parking there. I do recommend when you have a session, use a bikini for the massage day and you can feel more comfortable.

Just had a 50 minute deep tissue with Maggie and it was literally the best massage I’ve ever had. She was able to intuitively find spots that needed work and were causing tension headaches. She checked in multiple times in different areas to make sure the pressure was okay and was incredibly knowledgeable about how problem areas are created and how to work on them to create relief. I feel like you can tell the difference in a massage between someone who’s just doing it to make money or someone who genuinely cares about helping people feel better and Maggie definitely cares about what she does. Highly recommend Maggie if you have tightness or discomfort. She’s amazing.

I had such a great experience at Spa Sway! I came in for a HydraFacial and left absolutely glowing. The atmosphere was super relaxing from the moment I walked in. It was clean, calm, and welcoming. My esthetician, Amanda, was so knowledgeable and talked me through every step, making sure I was comfortable and understood what each part of the facial did for my skin. My face felt instantly smoother, hydrated, and refreshed afterward. Definitely one of the best facials I’ve had in Austin. I can’t wait to go back!
