Perspire Sauna Studio - Austin SW

I’ve absolutely loved joining this studio! It has been the most rejuvenating and relaxing experience from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. The staff has been so helpful with purchasing packs and setting up my app for easy booking. Ive used multiple studio rooms and every room is well prepared by the staff by setting up relaxing and tranquil vibes for my session, a VERY clean infrared sauna, and a refreshing eucalyptus cool down towel when I leave. With welcoming and helpful staff members, relaxing and clean sauna experiences, and my body feeling amazing and healthier each time I walk out… I’m so happy I’ve joined the Austin South West Perspire Studio!

I enjoyed this experience at Perspire Sauna! This place was super clean and cozy. The staff was awesome, taking the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfy. I've never had a sauna before, so it was a completely unique experience for me. My sauna room was a private oasis with all the cool tech stuff. You can customize your session with different-colored lights (each color with its own benefits) and even get some red light therapy. There's a TV in there too, so you can watch your fave shows. Time just flew by in my 40-minute session, and the speakers inside the sauna were a nice touch. The cooling eucalyptus towel was a fantastic way to end the session. The team was super understanding when I had to reschedule due to accidents on the road, and they were very kind and accommodating. Overall, Perspire Sauna was amazing - clean, chill, and rejuvenating. I just wish there was one up north that was closer to me.

My fiancee and I went out to Perspire to warm up during the 'ice storm.' Pete and his staff were incredibly accommodating. We got to try out the Halo unit and were upgraded to a better room with a shower. We will definitely be coming back soon!

I enjoy being in a sauna bit it makes it 100x better when I can what a show or truly relax! Honestly the nap I took afterwards let me know that it had been just what the doctor ordered! Parking was super easy! Staff was super nice! The rooms were super clean (and I saw how quick rooms were cleaned after use). There is a water fountain so you can always stay hydrated plus other drinks you can buy!

Do NOT buy any sauna packages from any of these locations — but especially the South Austin studio! I bought a Cyber Week package of eight sessions last Thanksgiving, and less than a month later the Westlake location (where I purchased it) shut down with almost no notice. I also had two unused sessions from a prior package — ten total. Transferring credits to another Austin studio should’ve been straightforward. Instead, it turned into a nine-month scavenger hunt just to get a single response. Only after I threatened a bad review did someone at corporate suddenly "fix" it. Then, when I finally booked at the South Austin location, their manager sent me an attitude-filled message telling me I couldn’t use my credited sessions at their location — I had to book at the Triangle studio, which is a 40-minute drive for me! After nearly a year of waiting and endless emails, I still couldn’t use one of the ten sessions I paid for and they expire in a week. There are plenty of better sauna spots in Austin now — many with cold plunges and actual customer service. Skip this place. Don’t let these swindlers waste your time and money!

First time trying infrared sauna! I love how Pete explained how the process works. After watching the intro video, I switched to watching Amazon Prime. I also brought my water inside so I didn't have to open the sauna door. The rooms are private and can be locked. I sweated a lot but the heat is not uncomfortable (as with direct sunlight). Kept the temperature around 138 F and you can adjust the panel inside if needed. The rooms with showers are for members only, but the eucalyptus towel they provide for the end of the session really cooled me down. Felt really great after!

I visited this business this past weekend. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. My husband and I were greeted by a very friendly front desk person. He took the time to give us a tour, explain the rooms and the setup and then showed is the front area. The front area had water and juice for sale as well as swear enhancers. The rooms are setup with an enclosed infrared sauna that also had chromatography lighting to enhance the experience depending on what you are needing. Ie we used the red light to boost collagen and muscle repair. The second part of the room contains a sitting chair, a mounted TV and 2 cool wet towels that have eucalyptus on them for after the session. You are shown a video that explains how everything works and then you have your 40 minute session. You can watch whatever on the TV during that time. It is by far one of the most relaxing experiences. The studio is super clean and the rooms are private. They provide an ample about of towels and they have an area to put them when finished. This location is at William cannon and mopac. Next to golds gym and a bunch of eateries. Perfect for after the gym or after work wind down. Perfect for couples and friends wanting to catch up. Check it out you won't be disappointed.
