Melt Well Sauna & Plunge Studio

This place is exactly what I had been looking for. If you haven’t done contrast therapy, you have to give it a try. Yes the cold water is shocking at first, but it actually becomes a bit of an addiction. And it’s perfect to do after getting super hot in the sauna. You get your own room with a shower so you can use either the cold or hot as much as you want during your time. Importantly, the price is right, especially if you get a membership or buy a package, which I did. Lastly, the staff is really kind and welcoming. That matters a lot to me. Highly recommended!

Best sauna and cold plunge studio in Austin! The retail they have includes electrolyte drinks and LMNT powders, Cymbiotika supplements, and wonderful Korean face masks that are so fun to use in the sauna when your skin is prepped for it! The contrast suites are set up well with ample towels and everything is kept so clean! Owner and staff are so kind and love talking about all the great benefits of contrast therapy! It’s helped my skin clear, mood improve, and joints feel less achy! So happy to be a regular here!

So Melt Well Sauna is in the heart of Sunset Valley. It’s a great location and this place along with the owner, Allison, is amazing. If you haven’t done anything else this week or this month for yourself come by and at least check it out. The contrast therapy is simply divine. The introduction is such a deal and you might want to become a regular subscribed member. This is a really great place to come utilize for your health and wellness.

Love this place! Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Love the floating toys and temperature gauge in the cold plunge. Feel refreshed and relaxed after. There is one room that has a bench in the shower and is big enough for a wheelchair. You will also find a water dispenser in the wall.

An hour to treat yourself to better physical, mental and emotional health can not be beat. The staff has been incredible, they are friendly and always eager to help, especially us first timers. The studio is not just warm and welcoming, but it is physically stunning. The rooms are perfectly curated, feeling calm and comfortable. And their mini-shop is packed with goodies to accent and elevate your experiences. I highly recommend a session at Melt Well, you will not regret it!

First time here. Was waiting a few weeks until after they opened. Really impressed. Clean, beautiful and I feel recharged. I bought a membership for 2/week. This is my Christmas present to me. Check it out. You will love it
