DIRTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DESPERATE FOR SALES. The facility is filthy. Ants, hair left in the sauna and showers, and on my last three visits there was no hot water. Staff continued checking people in knowing they had no hot water. Unacceptable. I gave this place multiple chances and each visit got worse. When I raised these concerns, I was told there was no way to make it right and that there is allegedly no way to contact corporate. Mishima (the regional manager) was condescending and spoke over me while I was explaining the issues. The sales pressure is nonstop. You’re aggressively upsold when you walk in and they immediately shove a Google review QR code as soon as you walk out of the sauna. After making the mistake of buying a package, the harassment escalated. I’ve asked to be on the do not call list three times and still receive calls, including one on Christmas while I was in church. If you enjoy being treated like dirt, sitting in filth, and leaving sweaty with no hot water to clean yourself off, this is the place for you. Otherwise, run & don’t waste your money here.

When I am stressed and need some self care, SweatHouz Watters Creek is my spot. I love the private sauna and the recovery room. To add to the experience, the staff is very friendly and accommodations your needs. If you are looking for quality self care, this is the spot for you!

Loved the sauna and the cold plunge! I wish they were together in the same room but good to know that is coming soon! Marcelino was very helpful when I needed to reschedule and showed us all the bells and whistles.

This was such a unique and memorable experience! We headed over right after our Orangetheory Fitness class and were warmly welcomed by Marcelino, who made check-in easy and gave us a great introduction to SweatHouz. The sauna was incredibly rejuvenating—but let’s talk about the cold plunge 😅. As first-timers, my husband and I couldn’t help but burst into the most uncomfortable, nervous laughter imaginable. It was intense! But once it was all over, we walked out feeling amazing—lighter on our feet and surprisingly refreshed. The facility was clean, relaxing, and very accommodating, and the staff was genuinely kind and helpful throughout our visit. We would absolutely come back if we lived in-state. I've had an unlimited membership plan the last few months and my experience has been excellent. Marlo, Marcelino and the whole staff has been amazing conducting my cold plunges and sauna appointments. I had two surgeries within the last year and these services has helped tremendously in my recovery. The pain has decreased and my mental clarity feels refreshed every time I walk out of the facility. Everyone there always has a smile and is extremely customer friendly regarding any questions I ask. I recommend using Sweathouz if you want to feel relaxed, energized, and more focus.

Marcelino was amazing and so was the rest of the staff. Highly recommend!! Beautiful, clean, upscale. Please consider giving them a try, I am hooked!!

WARNING BEWARE! We purchased a Black Friday sale, 8 sessions for $99 (have done this before) but when called to book sessions for me and family I was told only the purchaser could use the sessions. I told the clerk that that was not mentioned in the email sent to me and that I had done this a year or so before with no problems. He said I am only following store policy, I said I understood, please refund me the $99, he said no refunds, store policy. I asked to speak to the store manager (Marlo), the clerk said he would have him call me (ha ha), Marlo never called, he did call after I left 3 more messages for him. When I did connect with Marlo he told the same story as the clerk. When I asked for his manager he said for me to email him, he would email his regional manager and they would email corporate. I aske for his regional mangers name and contact number, he said her name was Michico?? I asked him to spell it, he couldn't, I asked him her last name, he didn't know her last name and would not provide any contact info. I asked for corporate phone number, he said it was on the website, it's not.
