Sole Hao Reflexology

Massage was good and the space is clean. Took 1 star off because my masseuse lacked bedside manners. He didn’t greet me and then spoke in an impatient manner during transitions (like flipping from front to back). That took away from what should have been a relaxing experience.

I woke up this morning in so much pain and decided to give Sole Hao a try after seeing all the great reviews — and I’m so glad I did! David did an amazing job. My body feels so much more relaxed now, and that was honestly the best massage I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love coming here! Always amazing foot spa experience. I bring my out of town guest here and we always are so relaxed when we leave. The service is top notch h and they always make you feel welcome and comfortable when you arrive.

Always a wonderful experience! The place is friendly and clean! The gentleman with baseball cap at the front desk always asks your pressure preference and areas you want most attention on and communicates it with your massage therapist! The massage therapists are well trained and will check often if u need the pressure to be readjusted! I have been going here for few years and have always let feeling relaxed and happy! On 7/6/25, I decided a little too late to go in for a massage and while I was last person to schedule a 9-10pm massage, they happily accepted me in and Lisa was my massage therapist who was very professional and gave me an excellent massage in spite of it being so late in the evening! If you are someone who is debating if u would want to give this place a shot, trust me you will not be disappointed! This place is awesome and every member of their staff is incredible!

Unsafe and Unprofessional Massage Experience I had a truly horrible experience. My masseuse was completely unqualified—honestly, I could have done a better job myself. I'm very certain they are not properly trained or certified. What concerned me most was the extremely unsafe technique used. She repeatedly applied intense pressure with her elbow directly on my spine and other bones, which is not only incorrect but also dangerous. This is not proper massage technique and could lead to serious injury. As a result, my right hand has remained numb even an hours after the session. This was an incredibly unlucky and painful experience, and I strongly urge management to educate your staff on proper massage techniques—especially the use of elbows in sensitive areas like the spine. Improper pressure on nerves and bones can cause lasting damage. Additionally, the front desk guy exaggerated the need for silence to a point that felt unnatural and unwelcoming. Place has no privacy, language barriers and the environment didn’t feel professional or relaxing at all, will not come back for sure. I hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure the safety and well-being of future clients.

The owner shames you when you tip less than 20%, whether you liked the service or not. Happened multiple times over the years, but since it is close by we go there few times a year, but not anymore. Done taking his condescending remarks once and for all and will not go there again.

Came here with my brother and we had an amazing experience! I'm an LMT, and Lisa had excellent pressure. Did the 60-min option B. We'll be back!
