Soba Noodle Salad was outstanding. I would return for this. shredded cabbage (minimal) peppers carrots and cucumbers, crispy wonton sesame dressing. it was adventure in texture and taste. a well designed meal. I was disappointed with the Kalbi Beef short ribs . the beef was quite fatty, flar, and hard to chew. I understand it is Hawaiian, and not typical fall off the bone.... but though the sauce was tasty, the meat was too tough to chew. The pork dumplings we had for appetizers. these were pleasant. the sweet sesame chili sauce is what makes it. Overall, the place is quite dark and hard to read the menu. Not easy to maneuver if you have a disability. They have outdoor tables, but we were disappointed that they don't serve dinner/lunch outside. Just drinks and apps. disappointed

Highly recommend the Atlantic Salmon in the Maple Bacon Jam and the Coconut cake at the end. I wish I could leave a 6 star review. Best place I’ve eaten in the last 3 years. Staff was friendly and gave good recommendations. Service was quick (in an out within 40 minutes), the atmosphere is awesome and you can even walk over to the kitchen area to watch some preparations.

Stopped in on a whim traveling to Augusta Maine. Service was awesome. The menu was small-ish but we'll rounded and unique. Our kiddo loved her cheese burger, they actually seasoned the patty which is unusual. The parmesan haddock was cooked perfectly- my hubs got the Sirloin Steak and was cooked to temperature- he said the glaze sauce knocked it out of the park. Well done

Excellent food with a constantly changing menu. Everything I have tried has been consistently fantastic. I order curb side every time I visit my mom and we love it. You can't go wrong with any of the dishes in the menu. I had the meatballs this time and they were great. The chicken parm that my brother got was great. The seafood pasta was awesome. Definitely recommend this spot for some affordable great cooking.

The Central has always been a great spot to share small plates with friends or family! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The Truffalo Wings are a mash up of two classic appetizers. Unique and delicious. Definitely get the brisket tacos (or brisket sandwich). Their dessert list is extensive, utilizing baked goods from their bakery next door. Impressive dessert cocktail list as well!

Great atmosphere but pretty loud since it’s always full of people. The food is amazing and the drinks were excellent. Get there early!

Love how the owners go the extra mile for their hospitality in this establishment! And hats off to the kitchen! Amazing food, with an intent to serve amazing dishes.
