the fishcake udon and the knife cut noodles (kalguksu) were so good, and the prices were very reasonable! the owner was super friendly as well and complimented my plushie and treated it well, which is the first time i’ve had someone do that while eating at a restaurant 🙂

Nice little place. The tofu and kimchi appetizer were delicious. The Korean ribs a little sweet but I think that’s how most of them taste. Friendly staff.

Rare gem of Korean food that is not very Americanized and still keeps its Korean-ness!! And also FREE RICE!! The seafood pancake is absolutely totally completely amazing. It has a lot of vegetables but they cooked them to be so soft and the flavor was inside every string of spring onions. Bulgogi was delicious and has a lot of veggies. Kimchi was homemade! You can see and feel the taste difference. They have hand-pulled noodles too. A very delicious homemade restaurant I rarely seen!

I came here since I saw on their menu that they sell cheonggukjang ($15.99) and not alot of restaurants sell it since it has a strong fermented smell and taste, similar to natto according to the lady. I saw a video of a Korean vlogger eating it in a restaurant and I was curious. I had asked the lady for one and she strongly recommended me to get something more basic since I'm not Korean and the smell can be off-putting. I never grew up with this stew but I was willing to try. It got to the point another lady came out of the kitchen to see me eat the stew. The wait time was not long, the lady gave me several banchans like kimchi, bean sprouts kimchi, cucumber kimchi, fishcakes, stir-fried potatoes, braised tofu, and purple rice. The stew came out piping hot, it was filled with chopped tofu, onions, and zucchini; super thick and chunky. It did have a strong smell and taste but it didn't bother me as I expected. Place gives off old-school vibes, lots of older Korean people dining inside. The lady was nice, she was trying very hard to explain the stew to me. The parking lot can get packed, I went during the weekday so it was easier to find parking.

The food is delicious and the service is good. we will come again.

The pictures on the menu are misleading, as they make the portions look much smaller than they actually are. The portions here are very large and are of great value. The food is great, and the side dishes are too. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is very nice. Complementary popcorn and coffee too!

Delicious Korean food with the great service. Would recommend the mackerel and my son loves their pressed dough soup.
