I always visit this location and order their cheesling wings. I have tried their honey garlic, but I still prefer their cheesling. It's sweet and incredibly good! 💯 I still need to try their cheesling fries; I bet they are delicious 😋. Their radish is a good complement to the wings. However, I had a horrible experience with my last order. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes, which is understandable. However, when I received the wings, they were already soggy, with no crunch or crispiness. This is very strange because it shouldn't be crispy after waiting an additional time. 😕 I'm honestly very disappointed.
Great service and highly recommend eating at this location. If it’s your first time I recommend the Caribbean rice spice bow. I get it twice a week and never had to complained once when it came to my order. They are very consistent on the quality of food they serve. Definitely pay them a visit.
The service was probably the worst my friend I experienced, the cashier was empty, and the table next to us waited 40 minutes for two items. I had to ring the bell to ask how long they'd take. The lady who works there was nice but forgetful. The food was decent, but other bbq chicken places we've been to were better.
Takeout Korean fried chicken spot with family packages. Came here on a Saturday evening and ordered takeout at the counter. They do have an online ordering option if you want to save some time. It took about 25 minutes for the food to be prepared, but we just went to TJ Maxx for some shopping while we waited. We got the spicy as well as original option - the chicken stayed crispy even after the car ride home and I liked the flavor. The fries were $5.99 and nothing special. They gave us a free thing of radish on the side. Credit cards accepted. Parking is available in the lot. There’s no indoor seating but there are a couple of outdoor seating tables. The employees were nice. Overall, the chicken was on the pricier end but I think the quality is worth it.
I am extremely disappointed to see that this restaurant automatically adds a "staff tip" to pickup orders placed online. A tip should always be a voluntary appreciation from the customer — not a forced charge disguised as a tip. When I am doing all the work — driving to the restaurant, picking up the order myself, and receiving no table service — there is absolutely no justification for a mandatory tip. It feels manipulative and dishonest to sneak in nearly 10% extra without a clear and upfront explanation. Customers should not have to fight through hidden fees or feel pressured to pay more than the actual cost of the food just to complete an order. This constant push for forced tipping is exhausting and is becoming one of the most frustrating parts of dining in the U.S. A restaurant should respect its customers and allow them the freedom to choose whether or not to leave a tip. Being forced to pay a "tip" before even receiving the food makes the whole experience negative from the start. I genuinely enjoy supporting local businesses, but practices like this make me question whether I want to order here again. Please rethink this aggressive tipping policy — forced gratuity is not hospitality, it is a burden on your customers.
Everything was perfect, the food, service, everything. There were so many selections based on your taste, for example if you absolutely cannot handle spice, then you can try something different, like something the cashier can recommend.
I am not from california so this was the first I had ever heard of this place. 10/10!!! I got the secret sauce on the boneless wings and kimchi rice and it was incredible!!! So good. Better than wing stop bro
