Bonchon Natomas

The restaurant was clean and neat. Plenty of tables available. The menu isn't massive but the items were available with a number of sauces. Three of us had 10 strips, house rice and potstickers. Plenty take home at a very reasonable price.

The food is always great, and we’re usually seated right away, which is nice. Customer service can be a bit inconsistent at this location, though. We’ve noticed that the Elk Grove Bonchon tends to be a bit more attentive. That said, the staff here is never rude—they're just not as proactive about checking in or offering drink refills.

I order Bonchon at least 3 to 4 times a month so when a mistake was made today, (there’s no sauce on my soy garlic wings) I brought it to the attention of the location and I was told that that’s just how they make it now. That is absolutely not true, I literally had them a week ago and they were fully sauced. They also told me it’s because people have complained about it being too salty. That did not make sense because of the chicken legs were fully sauced, but the wings weren’t?! They’re the same flavor.! Instead of taking accountability, they just made an excuse about a mistake that could’ve been easily fixed. I don’t see myself returning to this location.

After all the years of seeing people ordering from here and not giving it a chance I took the leap and I’m kicking myself for not getting it sooner. The drums, wings and fries are amazing. I got the soy garlic and hot flavors, we’ve ordered it 3 times now and ate there once in the past 3 weeks. It hits every single time. They also have the best ranch I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to branch out and try other things.

We frequently visit this location and we are never disappointed! The staff makes this place that much better. Each and every time our food is delicious and made exactly the way we like it. Definitely worth stooping for a bite!

I had a great experience at Bonchon Natomas! The food was delicious, especially the fried chicken, which was packed with flavor. The service was excellent—staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was also great, with a clean and inviting space that made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d recommend for anyone craving some amazing Korean fried chicken

Full bar with Great fried chicken wings and legs! No waiting in line on a Thursday night. A family meal for $39 comes with 3 side dishes and 2 chicken flavors. This meal can easily feed a family if 4. Highly recommend Family Meal. Spicy flavor is very spicy so beware. Fried Rice is very tasteful. tteokbokki dish is not a favorite of ours as the sauce is spicy plain.
