Popped into Yoo Mae during a business trip to Colorado Springs, and blimey, what a cracking dining experience! The host was absolutely top-notch—one of the most attentive I’ve ever come across. The sushi roll selection? Oh, it's a proper feast! They’ve crafted rolls to represent all 50 states of America 🇺🇸—how brilliant is that? The fish? Fresh as a daisy and prepared with such careful skill by the chef—it’s like a little dance of flavours in every bite. Highly recommend giving them a go when you’re in town. Just a heads-up: there’s a 3% surcharge if you’re paying with a credit card. Cheers to great food!

Probably the friendliest customer service in all of downtown. Ordered a lunch bowl with beef to go and didn’t wait too long. Flavors were amazing. Gentleman at the counter was friendly, funny, and professional. My only regret was not having time to sit down and order sushi as they have a large array of options for rolls. Will definitely be back!

Unique sushi 🍣 rolls! They have a roll for every state. I had some udon and a roll for the night. Not a bad combo at all and the food did not disappoint. Stop by if you want to sit down and enjoy some nice rolls. Also I recommend you upgrade the udon for a dollar you get numerous pieces of tempura 🍤 !

This review is going to be a little different since is not about the food or the ambience, but about the service that we received even though we didn't end up eating here. My girlfriend and I were in the mood for ramen and walked in without checking the menu online. We were very much taken by surprise that our server, who had already brought the water and napkins to our table heard us mentioning that we were looking for ramen specifically and was very helpful in not just clarifying that this place does not specialized in ramen but also gave us some recommendations in the area. I wish I liked sushi enough to just forget about ramen and dine here that night! We're very grateful to have met such an amazing staff!! Thank you Yoo Mae!!

Came in for an udon soup, I look online the "updated" lunch special says 8.99 for a regular (udon with tofu) and 9.99 for upgrade (udon with shrimp tempura). The menu in store says the regular udon is $14 and $16. I ordered regular and there was no tofu in the soup. I asked twice and the server reassured me the tofu was in the broth but it had melted. Tofu doesn't melt and I am not and idiot. 😂 14$ for plane udon soup lunch special yikes! Sorry Im not returning.

Fresh and hand rolled by the owner! This place is delicious. We have been coming here for years. The only downfall is the lack of drink options, but the service is fast and friendly. The entire menu is based on the 50 states. I highly suggest the Colorado roll and the Mississippi roll!
