i-Tea San Leandro

Every time I am around this area, I try to come grab a delicious boba drink from iTea. I usually grab a strawberry fruit tea that's filled with boba,lychee jelly, and small strawberry bits. They give you a pretty generous amount of the extras so every sip you take has a good amount of the fragrant flavors from all the ingredients. Besides the drinks,they also sell a lot of dishes. Some of my favorites are the various garlic noodles,especially the garlic shrimp noodles. All the staff that I have met there are all friendly and courteous. There's a few tables and seats there if you decide to dine in.

I was put on by one of my guests that I picked up. And for a tip. She bought me one of the drinks from there and I was very impressed. So I went back and bought another and I was very surprised and happy and I've been going there ever since. And this one tea drink is my fave I recommend. And the staff is very nice

On August 17 at 4:45 PM, I picked up my order. I’ve had this same drink at another branch before, and it definitely came with brulee. At this location, however, it was missing. When I asked, the server told me that the drink never comes with brulee and that "brulee" was just part of the name. That’s simply not true, and it feels misleading. I’m really disappointed with this experience.

Visiting this spot occasionally for boba is a delight; there's always a crowd, a diverse menu, and we tried the Okinawa milk tea and crème brûlée Boba milk tea. With so many tempting choices, I'm eager to explore more options next time! They reduced seating by closing off most of their establishment, and it’s a quick In and out experience.

I really love their foods and drinks. The best are these: M8, M7, Black Tea Oreo, Matcha with Redbeans. The best to go foods are popcorn chicken and takoyaki. I'm just very disappointed with the customer service. So learn from my experience, order ahead either from call or online and PAY RIGHT AWAY! Or else it's nonsense to make the order because you have to still fall in line even your order is just sitting right next to the cashier. Having a prepaid pick up counter is useless! Very frustrating. Also, I ordered m8 they gave m7. So let them repeat your order and also like any other department stores, they charge 10 cents for the plastic bag.

Good place! The popcorn chicken was nice and crunchy, the oreo slushie was blended to perfection, the single tea egg was - well, just an egg, AND they serve ramen! I was however, a little disappointed when I ordered the udon on their menu only to be told they don't serve udon noodles. WHAT. Also their curry is apparently really good as I keep hearing that they sell out. Must try next time I'm in the area.

The best ramen I have had ever!!! The broth is super flavorful and they soft boil the eggs! I have been to "authentic" Japanese restaurants that fail to cook the egg properly so it's a real plus. Apparently soft boiling eggs is super difficult! A++++ would eat again and definitely recommending this place to my friends.
