The Tutorverse

We had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Abraham for the SHSAT in 2025. My child struggled especially with ELA, often narrowing answers down to two choices but selecting the wrong one. The tutor helped him develop stronger reading strategies and taught him how to carefully analyze answer choices instead of rushing. Over time, we saw a significant improvement in both accuracy and confidence. His SHSAT score improved, and he was able to get into a Specialized High School. We are truly grateful for the structured guidance, patience, and encouragement. I highly recommend this tutor to anyone preparing for the SHSAT.

This course was easy to navigate and entirely effective. My daughter scored well and Tutorverse is the only prep we did. We did the online course. My daughter is in 4th grade. I had to sit with her through the course to reinforce the lessons. I would not trust a 4th grader to stay focused and do it alone, but the little tricks and lessons in the videos were very helpful and supplemented the materials nicely. I intend to work on the next level with her just as a way to keep her up to date with math skills and vocab for future standardized tests. The written materials were excellent.

As an English Teacher and tutor, The Tutorverse SSAT books are very approachable and useful for learning. My students enjoy the material and find it easy to use and understand. These materials help students achieve their goals to improve their scores and vocabulary by making studying an enjoyable experience.

My daughter took the full SHSAT course at Tutorverse, and I am pleased with her score, got into her first choice. The staff was wonderful. I was able to speak to someone to summarize my daughter's progress. I also added a couple of private classes for my daughter toward the end. Her private instructor, Jeremy, was wonderful too. He reviewed her records and focused on the areas that needed extra help. Thank You Tutorverse!

Amazing SHSAT Tutoring - Highly Recommend! Tutorverse has been an absolute game-changer in my son’s SHSAT prep! The tutors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. Their lessons a well-paced and well-structured. We saw huge improvements in MOCK exams. They really tailor their approach to each student’s specific needs. If you’re serious about SHSAT success, this tutoring service is highly recommended. My son got into his first choice and we couldn’t be more excited. Thank you, Tutorverse!

The staff at Tutorverse were great! My son got into his top SHSAT choice and felt confident taking the test. The portal information was so helpful particularly in seeing results from practice tests. We had an individual call about my son's progress. Everyone is so attentive and knowledgeable!

Tutorverse helped both my kids succeed on the SHSAT and get into their #1 schools. Tutorverse provided structure for studying and many tips for approaching questions and completing the exam in the allotted time. My son participated in a group class and took about 8 full length practice tests over a 6 month time frame. The only thing I would change is for them to provide the opportunity for an in person practice test as part of the course to get used to exam conditions. Thanks Tutorverse!
