Professional Martial arts Taekwondo Center

My child has been attending PTKD for the past year and a half, starting shortly after her 3rd birthday. What impressed me most about the studio is that all of the Masters are kind yet firm, and they genuinely teach Taekwondo, even to the youngest students. Over time, my daughter has steadily progressed and truly enjoys the sense of accomplishment that comes with each milestone. The classes are engaging, fun, and something she looks forward to every week. I feel very fortunate to have found PTKD and am excited to see my daughter continue to grow and flourish here.

My 8-year-old daughter recently started Taekwondo here, and she absolutely loves it. She enjoys every lesson, especially the warm-up routines and learning new moves and kicks. The sessions are a great mix of fun and intensity—perfect for children. All the coaches are kind, inspiring, and very supportive. We’re really happy with our experience and highly recommend this club!

My son has been attending Professional Martial Arts Taekwondo Center at Kips Bay since 2020, and it's been such a positive experience for him. Over the years, he has learned not only Taekwondo skills but also discipline, focus, and confidence. The instructors are caring, professional, and really great with kids. It's a warm and encouraging environment where students are motivated to do their best and support each other. Highly recommend this place for any family looking for a solid martial arts program for their children!

Both my sons (4 years old and 7 years old) have been attending PTKD for over a year now and absolutely love the classes. All the instructors have been amazing and have created an incredible environment focused on developing their skills while stressing the importance of discipline, respect, and fun. In addition to the weekly classes, my sons have also taken part in the day camps when school is not in session and they love it.

My boys have trained at Professional Martial Arts Taekwondo Center for several years and still look forward to every class. The instructors are excellent with kids and build a mindset that goes beyond the mat. We also love the community events—from park programming to after-school and holiday camps.

Our son (8 yo) has been going to professional TKD for the last 4 years and we couldn’t be happier. The ethos is amazing, and a perfect balance of discipline and nurturing. Grand Master Kim is the heart and soul of the club, and genuinely loves all his students like his own kids. Our son has really thrived and absolutely loves it. We 100% recommend, it’s a great club which focuses on TKD technique while allowing kids to have fun and it’s a friendly atmosphere also for the parents, bonus 🙂

My 6 year old daughter has been going to Professional Martial Arts Taekwondo Center for a few years now. She has learned many great skills, improved her confidence and is having fun! The instructors are great and very responsive!
