I can't say enough good things about Kim's Taekwondo Center! From day one, I've been welcomed into a supportive and motivating community. Master Kim is not only incredibly patient but he is extremely dedicated. He makes learning Taekwondo so fun and accessible for everyone. Whether you're looking to improve your physical fitness, gain self-confidence, or simply have a great time while learning taekwondo, Kim's Taekwondo Center is the place to be. It is such a close knit community which has made everyone there almost like a second family to me. I've seen tremendous progress in my skills and self confidence since joining, and I can't recommend it enough!

We recently enrolled our 8 year old son and we couldn't be happier. Grandmaster and Master Kim are incredible people and are terrific leaders. It's only been a few weeks that our son has been attending, but we have seem him grow in respect and self-confidence in that short amount of time. He looks forward to class and always wants to arrive early so he can practice and improve in order to achieve his first belt. We are thrilled we found Kim's Taekwondo!

I started taking Master Kim's taekwondo class as an elective course at the UofM. I enjoyed it so much that I joined Kim's Taekwondo Center in August to further my training where the bar was set higher than on campus. Master Aaron Kim is pretty awesome although Grand Master can be intimidating but he means well with his tough love. The quality of their teaching is superb! Another thing I like is the black belts students who give tips and advices on how I can improve on form and techniques. I'm always leaving class feeling better physically, mentally, and spiritually. The environment is not only family friendly but also great for adults with no family like myself.

Kim's Taekwondo Center is a wonderful place to study Taekwondo in a fun, professional, and inclusive manner. The instructors are well-known and experienced and are great at helping students of all levels succeed. The school has helped me to build confidence as well as to grow physically and mentally. Both the students and the instructors alike are friendly and supportive making this a great place for families and adults of all ages. I would highly recommend this school whether you are just starting out or are experienced and wanting to take your Taekwondo to the next level.

Fantastic Martial Arts center for all kinds of practitioners! I came in with about 7 years of previous experience in a similar TKD style and a traditional Kung Fu style. Kim's has really seen me grow as a martial artist in the ways that really matter: it's helping me stay on top of my mental and physical fitness, build back confidence after some previous injuries (all ergonomics related, all prior to me coming to Kim's), and aiding with stress relief and growing patience (critical as a parent of two young children). I'm also finally on a road to improving my techniques in ways that will allow me to practice martial arts for many years to come. If you're looking for a welcoming martial arts studio, then you owe it to yourself to try Kim's!

We have loved having our kids in classes at Kim's Taekwondo Center. Master Kim is great with kids, balancing instruction, fun and discipline. Thank you for being such a positive influence in our kids' lives.

For the person writing a review on the bathrooms, please choose to address the issue with the instructor directly. This a very passive aggressive way to do it. And the chairs... really? If the instructors are great like you say, at least give them a 3 star review. Kim's Taekwondo is one of the prime schools in the state and is well respected in the community. A group of us just went to South Korea recently and we got the red carpet treatment because Grandmaster is so well known over in Korea in the TKD community. I've had nothing but good experiences at this Dojang. This is like a gym after all, so yes, it's not going to be as clean as a restaurant, but if there's a problem speak up.
